I am just beginning my pluto transit across my ascendant.  Capricorn rising 3*.  Leo sun at 22* in my 8th house and my moon is at 4* Virgo in my 8th house as well.  I have just had Saturn fu*k with my whole life in my 8th house.  It arrived there when it hit Leo in 2007.  And things got really good for the first part of that Saturn transit.  BUT, when the eclipses hit back in Jan and Feb of 2009 and we had that Saturn-Uranus opposition PLUS Pluto had just begun to cross my ascendant, I was creamed in ALL areas of life because of ONE man. Yep, chicas.  ONE guy messed up all I had worked for and devastated my heart, my job, my self-esteem, my social life, my finances and the list goes on.  (He left me and my daughter 3 days after that eclipse in Feb on the Leo Aquarius axis which is my 2nd and 8th houses.  His departure also coincided almost exactly with the Saturn-Uranus opposition on Feb 5th 2009.)  What I didn't realize at that time was that Pluto was 1* away from my ascendant to enter my 1st house. Now, we all know that what doesn't kill us only makes us stronger.  So take those 3 awful transits alone, the Saturn-Uranus opposition, Pluto crossing my ascendant and the eclipses conjunct my vertex in my 2nd and 8th houses, and you can imagine the hell I was going through on ALL levels both internally and the crap that I had to deal with externally (circumstances to handle).  It was so ridiculous and I could not see it coming if I wore a telescope on my face.  It came outta nowheres! So after having Pluto go through my early degrees of my first house for abut a year now, I'm gonna share with you what I am experiencing because it's pretty radical if you ask me.  Keep in mind that Pluto is the SLOW poke of transformations, but I had several calamities of cosmic crap hit me at once, so my transformation has been rather speedy to say the least.  And to think I have 15 more years of Pluto alone without considering any other aspects, well, sometimes I become frightened, but here's what I am learning. I was made to handle all this.  The way I have been for the past few years, how I have acted, conducted myself and my daily life, it's not been the real me.  I've been suppressed.  And Pluto has given me the balls to finally start being my vibrant and, let me just go ahead and admit it, DIFFERENT self.  I am quite unique and I finally accept it about me.  I am beginning to see my idiosynchracies and appreciate them and thrive on them and advertise them to make my way in this world WHILE CONSIDERING OTHERS.  HOWEVER, I am so much more comfortable being me, that I can be a bit too direct when communicating with folks.  This communications issue is also under a radical change. I have created my own sense of style.  I changed the way I look dramatically.  My values were under scrutiny with Saturn but now Pluto has a hold of them, too.  And he's not letting me get off so easy.  I realize that I am being forced to change.  And I pay attention to how people react to me, how I handle things and where I go wrong in the way I go about life or my interactions.  Pluto obviously wants me to be different than I am now. So here's the thing.  You're talking to a very Uranian, off the wall, bold, unpredictable, easily bored person.  I am not traditional by any sense of the word and I contradict myself all the time not by what I say or do exactly, but by how I present myself.  One minute I am one thing, the next minute I am something else.  This is because I am a reactor.  I react to my environment.  But what I haven't paid attention to until this year, is that something more stable lies deep inside me.  And that's what Pluto seems to be tapping into.  He wants me to open up and be comfortable with who I really am. Now, Pluto hittin my first house means it's on the relationship axis, so my 7th house must be affected.  And I'll tell you, all my one on one relationships are changing...for the better.  I am not so aloof anymore.  I am less self-involved (I AM a Leo, so gimme a break).  I show more concern for others and I reach out to them more.  My relationships are more fulfilling and more rewarding and more real. With men, well, I have had only one relationship since the big break up last year in February.  It began with Brendan in November on that crazy Uranus whim.  Saw him 3 times and he made me his girlfriend within one week of being total strangers.  And I must say, our relationship is so very fulfilling.  It is not perfect.  I have tried to dump him several times to push him away because of my commitment issues, but he kept a hold of me until this New Year's eclipse that hit my Venus in my 7th house of Cancer conjunct.  Usually, folks that break up around an eclipse don't get back together.  I've read this in so many places but you can check out astrologyzone.com for more details on that.  Anyhow, I'll be damned if the man called me up outta the blue on this past full moon in Leo and we are back together stronger than before. Granted we are a new couple.  It's been only since November, but this guy is like Pluto in human form.  He changes me without trying and it's so good for me.  I am now becoming the woman I have always dreamt of being.  I want to be more traditional but keep my spunk so I feel interesting and so I can be a little coquettish at times.  Guys seem to like that.  I know Brendan does.  And I wanna be more reserved and refined instead of this "shock them all with what I say or do outta nowhere" kinda girl.  I want to become a lady with grace and poise, but one that isn't boring in any sense of the word.  One with adventure in her eyes and feistiness and flare, BUT tame to a certain degree.  Pluto (and Brendan) are helping me achieve just that. Pluto is demolishing my first house of self as I have always known it to exist.  I am no longer who I used to be and never will be that person again.  Instead, I will embrace this "lone wolf" scenario.  I will gain my independence and allow Pluto to teach me how to be comfortable with who I really am which is exactly who I wanna be. One quick note about the Saturn-Pluto squares that everyone dreads:  I have had nothing but excellent results during these thus far.  Brendan and I became a couple the first time around on the Saturn-Pluto square in November of 2009.  And we became a couple the second time around with the one we just had during the full moon in Leo.  WHICH also happened conjunct Mars directly on my vertex and as I predicted, cause I did look into it, Brendan and I got back together that very day January 30th. I am embracing the lessons I have to learn.  It's the only way to not hurt so badly.  If you see something repeated in your life, like for example, people constantly comment on a particular behavior you have that isn't really a great attribute, then recognize it and do something about it consciously.  I have been far too "shocking" for far too long.  It's time for me to get tame.  Pluto's told me, Saturn told me, all my friends and relatives told me, and Brendan has put it best when he told me:  "Hon, you don't need to shock me to push me away.  I'm not goin nowhere.  So calm your ass down and just relax.  You need to be a little more tame in some areas.  Relax." Guess this guy is in tune with Pluto and Saturn.  He's working on being in tune with me.  And we have our differences, but he's focused on "developing" as he calls it, so I think for him to stick around during this Pluto transit, (hopefully forever cause I'm falling for the guy pretty sweetly), would be really, really good for me as a person. Oh, by the way, Pluto is pretty much opposing my Venus here soon, so good things can happen with Pluto transits and oppositions to your Venus.  Really good things.  As a matter of fact, I would say these are the best things because it's where you "develop" as my love Brendan says.  (He hates astrology.) And thinking back, that was the time my father started dating my stepmother.  My mother died when I was four (Saturn conjunct Sun transit), so I wasn't used to seeing him in an adult relationship, and was very jelous. I was behaving badly, and later wondered if that was the reason my stepmother never really has shown any affection towards me. Hmmm, any insight on this?   User, sorry it's taken me so long to get back... Yes, Germans rock the work ethic.  I love it.  I love when people just jump in there and get the job done without complaining about what it is... Just do it, and you can talk to me about it afterwards.  Hahah.      *Edit: Ehhh I guess it'd be Pluto trine Moon transit?  Right?  Pluto in Cap trine Moon in Taurus?  My Moon is at 7 degrees.   So you've got 5 degrees Venus in Cap, 6 degrees Neptune in Cap (Venus conj. Nep natally), 5 degrees Mars in Scorpio, 11 degrees Pluto in Scorpio (Mars conj. Last night I was overcome by love for my fellow human beings in the middle of a restaurant. Someone had to wave their hands in front of my face to snap me out of it. Either I have a unique chemical reaction to Teriyaki, or Saturn is doing it's work. I'm gonna go with Saturn, since this type of thing happened the last time it was in heavy aspect to my moon. On the one hand, it is heavy emotionally, but on the other hand, it's lovely because when something large is working on you, you feel connected to something larger than yourself.
