I either think up my own recipes by imagining the flavour combinations in my head... or I cook from a recipe but always change at least 2 or 3 of the ingredients... I don't think I have ever cooked or baked something exactly the way it was written. I enjoy cooking but I tend to make a hell of a mess in the kitchen while I am doing it. I also tend to go for things that don't require a really long prep time.. or I just get bored. For me it's something fun to do. My moon sits right next to the cusp of my 5th house. For me if things are not triggering that fun and creative side, I get bored and find something else to do. It's amazing what I will come up with.    I learned at a young age that you either figure it out or you starve, I learn quickly! LOL I'm the oldest of 7 kids.  I actually taught a lot of them how to cook as well. Food has to be tasty (first), but also healthy. No junk in my kitchen. (Guess what I am a virgo with saturn in virgo :-))
