I've been mulling this one MP...but I've got it finally! Saturn has been opposing my 11th house Pisces Sun.
Saturn transiting my sun feels like I'm treading water.
The Saturn-Uranus opposition broke within 3 degrees of my M/C last November. It destroyed my life. I'm quite nervous to know that it's coming back SOON!
Saturn conjunct natal moon in the first. So stagnant I could breed mosquitoes and make a fortune. Hey, there's an idea!
There was a really good Monty Python skit in the UK which involved crunchy frog... of all things! Perhaps with Cancer in the first house there could be some sort of variation on the same theme...spicy mosquito or Mossie in a basket for the more pub-themed. Go down well with a nice Sauvignon Blanc perhaps ? Stagnant isn't nice, unless it's for gators. LOL ![]()
Saturn on my ascendant, Pluto, Jupiter and Uranus feels like I'm being grabbed by my ankles and shook hard upside down, with all the crap in my life falling out of my pockets, my head, my gut.
And then I get thrown on my butt and told to stand up on my feet and MARCH.
I can't say that it's pleasant, but it's not an unwelcome change.
I'm not quite in my Saturn return. I feel like I'm poised a the top of a cliff ready to jump (with a big ass parachute, of course). Waiting.
First I had Uranus opp my natal Virgo Moon, and now Saturn is almost off my moon and y'know? This sucks. Its really friggin' hard. I'm getting a bit of a breather though, in 4 or five degrees .. til Next up, with the saturn return square natal suuuuuuuuuuun/mercury in capricorn - which are currently being transited by pluto.
Tr. saturn will con my pluto in 22 -> so far nothing has happened.
So totally- my orb is zero!
Next week I will visit job agency so maybe they will put me into some stupid job, at least I don't seem get one on my own.(some much for the stupid useless Jupiter!)
Otherwise I don't expect anything (else) to happen.
My Saturn transit is like ten tons of "I suck" being loaded on my head one brick at a time. For the next three years.
((becca)) I can relate...we can push back together
Saturn is finally moving away from it's trine with my Sun and I'm seeing the value in not telling myself I suck
Well, if it's one brick at a time I can get used to it before the next brick gets added. At the end of it I'll be able to lift ten tons.
fix my idea of who i am
take ownership and responsibility for my will.
my first house, uranus hitting up my mars.
A Saturnian Crisis is when you really find out who is who: who has deep strength and kindness and who is clueless; who can see you at your worst and weakest and who turns away. I know I will be a different person after this. Even more than when my mother died. I said that to a friend -- that this was Worse. She didn't get it and I couldn't explain it.
Saturn sitting on my moon in the 4th. I think I'm going to die of exhaustion. ![]()
I do feel a lot better emotionally the past two days though.
Saturn (in the 7th) opposing 1st house Pisces Sun, conjunct natal Pluto. And transiting Pluto square natal Saturn. Suffering for not looking after myself better, earlier.
Saturn return on my natal Sun-Merc-Sat conjunction (trined Neptune) felt like swimming through a sea of my own ineptitude trying to hold up a sinking ship.
Soon Ye Olde Bastard is going to be conjuncting my N.Node/IC before moving into my Mars-Venus-Pluto conjunction... That's going to be interesting. Like the Chinese curse. *snert*
Transiting saturn conjunct Venus and Saturn Return (and Pluto transiting moon...yikes!)...my marriage/love life is being tested for sure!!
What do I want out of life...and what's love got to do with it?
Becca--I find you especially endearing. You should throw a brick back at father Saturn...then run for the hills!! =)
Saturn is transiting conjunct my moon in Virgo/3rd house. I have just begun my second novel after the first one has been kept in a drawer for about 3 years, languishing and embarassing me with its poor quality.
So I guess I'd say Saturn feels like the maturity to just buck up and do it again, taking the lessons from my failure (and there are lots) to try and improve this time around. One "saturnine" lesson is that I need a lot more structure to guide my creation (I have Saturn conjunct Mercury natally) than I used the first time around. So far, this is proving true and effective. But I'm not naive about the work ahead (having done it before.)
T.
is trine N.
and is 4 degrees away from
.
I think the trine is going to ease up the pressure. It's like someone is banging on my pipes in my basement, screaming get your fucking act together!
Sa, we're going to be having almost the same transit.
is already opposing
, and
will be there by October. I'm anxious to see how all this is going to play out.
OMG, Lis! How could I forget the Saturn-Uranus opposition right now! *facepalm*
So I'm going to have a major Saturn transit and major Uranus transit at the same time, since that M-V-Pl hits everything in my chart. No lie. Faaabulous!
I tell you what: you lean on me, I'll lean on you, and we'll shoot anyone who gets in our way. Deal? ![]()
I'm having my Saturn Return. :) This means that transiting Saturn is trining my Venus, sextiling my moon and squaring my Neptune at the moment. It is also transiting my 6th house.
Saturn returning to my chart's natal position forces me to live a healthy life through proper healthy routines, proper diet and exercise, and helping me choose work that peruses my strengths and passions. :)
Transiting Saturn squaring my natal Uranus (Sag./7th house) and semi-squaring my natal Pluto (Sco./6th house)
Feels like I knowingly sabotaged all my freedom and like I'm waiting for something buried alive to rise from the grave and come looking for answers real soon. Yikes!
Saturn on my Moon is making me restructure my emotional responses. This is a good thing. I'm also having the Saturn/Saturn trine. This evening I was getting all worked up about something. Something that makes me sad. Still, it would do me NO GOOD to get all worked up. And besides that, the worked-up-ness wasn't in reality. It was really just a habit, a pattern of emotional response. I saw it clearly tonight. It was weird how clearly i saw it. Saw what i was doing to myself. Saturn is saying "NO, we dont' have time for that now."
Saturn conjunct sun. Final pass. That which does not kill you makes you stronger. Becca, I hear what you are saying about the bricks. At first I wondered, why all the bricks?, and then I put my work gloves on and stacked them somewhere else. I think I will build an outdoor fireplace slash barbecue. Sometimes I visualize that I am on some sort of, this is your life, reality show.
my son is having his first saturn return. After he left the university, he decided to take the summer off without getting a job.
He got into a car accident this weekend (hm, that grand cross?) amazingly no one was hurt, but he was cited AND he didn't have insurance. So now he's unemployed AND carless and owes a sack of dough to the city and to the other guy's insurance company.
SATURN RETURN STRIKES AGAIN!
oh okay, me too
Saturn transiting my 6th house? Ouch, my neck hurts! when am i going to learn to sit up straight?
I tell you what: you lean on me, I'll lean on you, and we'll shoot anyone who gets in our way. Deal? ![]()
Deal. ![]()
My
hasn't been hit this hard in 20+ years. It got whopped by
in the early 80s, those oh-so-wonderful junior high years, and then got hit by the last
conjunction, just before I went off to college. Those weren't easy times. Only comfort I have is I'm older, wiser, and better equipped to deal with shit.
I'm still feeling the "get a job already" pressure, but nothing major's happened.
Yet.

For those who are having saturn transits and are out of their comfort zone: transiting saturn is sitting on my moon-pluto conjunction, first house, virgo
So here's the game part. Tell us what this current saturn transit IS (or was, if you already had it) for you. And it doesn't matter what kind of transit it is, just say how it feels in a couple sentences....
So here's mine:
Saturn transiting my moonpluto is like vomiting all the time. It's a PURGE.
