The three most significant relationships in my romantic life have been with Aquarius Moon men. The last man, an Aquarius Sun/Moon, and I had a relationship that was fascinating, all-encompassing, twisted. The intellectual stimulation was amazing; however, in the end, his Airy Moon just could not survive the watery depths of my Scorpio Moon.

Recently, a Gemini man has been pursuing me. I breathed a sigh of relief when I discovered that his Moon is in Virgo...until I looked at the aspects and saw that his moon is conjunct Uranus! surprised

Can anyone please take a look at my natal chart and offer any insight as to why this pattern of emotionally distant men keeps showing up in my life? I'm an Aquarius Moon/Uranus Moon magnet.

Perhaps your 11th House Venus? Venus sextile Uranus? Perhaps both lean to your attraction toward Uranian types (who can tend to be emotionally distant). Or perhaps your Venus Neptune trine makes you fall real deep for the the wrong type, and you don't see it till it's too late.

You have Moon Saturn too, which according to some people, Aquarius is ruled by Saturn too, so that might be a connection there...

    Just throwing out some ideas.

This is just a rather uninformed guess bellestar but if you are constantly attracting Aquarian Moons then those Moons would fall in either your fifth house, so you would value the playfulness these people bring into your life, or, your sixth house, so you may value the way you can serve these people’s needs above your own.  Both those houses are ruled by Saturn and your Saturn is in the ninth, in Taurus.  So, if you want to reclaim those qualities that the Aquarian moons might be fulfilling for you for yourself, you might want to explore how your Saturn operates in your chart.  Predominantly it is opposite your own Moon across the third/ninth axis so I would imagine you restrict yourself when it comes to communicating (third house) your deepest (Scorpio Moon) beliefs (9th house) about how emotional and physical resources (Taurus rules 9th cusp) make you feel secure (Saturn in Taurus) and how they should be shared (Taurus/Scorpio axis).  This for you is in some ways a non-negotiable philosophy of life (Scorpio Moon opposite Saturn.  Saturn in 9th).

What you could do is explore how that Saturn in the ninth can evolve into something which increases your sphere of responsibility to do with ninth house matters.  Education, travel, the law, and/or spiritual beliefs?  When it is more fully engaged in some way with such a sphere of influence as listed above, the current pressure will be taken off your fifth and sixth houses.  You will be living those houses more fully for your own benefit, and it is at that point that you will then more likely be able to invite new and different people into your life with whom you can be playful, or with whom you can have children (fifth house), or whom you can enjoy helping in some way (sixth house), but because your newly dynamic Saturn will be setting different boundaries, this new pattern of relationship will be more on your own terms, rather than theirs.

You may also find it valuable to explore how important it is to you to be right (Virgo Rising. Sun square Pluto), as opposed to accepting and accommodating of other’s weaknesses (Pisces Desc).  You have the potential to have a balanced and harmonious relationship (Jupiter in Libra ruling Pisces Desc) when you allow yourself to express your intensely passionate nature not just through the successful use of you intellect (Sun /Mercury in Gemini in 10th. Mercury rules Asc) but also by clearly communicating your deep feelings (Scorpio Moon in third sextile Pluto in First).  Though you are modest in your demands (Virgo Asc) you have the potential to feel great joy and to live life fully (Jupiter trine Sun. Jupiter semi sextile Pluto).  I wish you well.  Take good care of yourself.  b x

Bellesouth, I don't think you should assume that all men with an Aqua Moon are emotionally distant - this depends so much on the whole chart.

Two of my three most passionate and life-changing relationships have been with Aqua Moons. One (whom I refer to here as the Man) is a Leo Sun/Uranus (four planet Leo stelium) with an Aqua Moon and a Gemini Venus. He IS very emotionally distant, and very self-centred; and he he conducts numerous affairs with a variety of women, many concurrently. I was the only one who lasted a long time, 23 yrs and he'd still be around if I permitted; but even so, he was pretty distant with me - unless I blew him out! Which is why it finished last year

The other (whom I refer to as the Italian) was a Taurus Sun, with Moon/Jupiter in Aqua and Venus/Uranus exact in Pisces - he also had Mars/Juno exact in Pisces. He only had one life-long marriage, which he conducted in fairly classic Italian fashion: she accepted from fairly early on that there would always be another woman, and he kept his side of the bargain since he loved her in his way, as his life-partner; but with all the important women in his life (and I believe I was the last 'other'), he was totally present emotionally and these relationships were very enduring. We were in contact off and on almost until he died about five years ago, even whough we last saw one another in c1980. He lived apart from his wife for a lot of the time in his 30s and 40s, but they spent a happy old age together.

Neither of these men would appeciate being 'harried' or leaned on, but so long as I gave them all the rope they needed, they would always come back to me (circumstances permitting): Aqua Moon is Fixed. The Italian was a very passionate and emotional man, and not in the least distant emotionally - with anyone! And I'd have married him in a heartbeat.

So I don't think you need to avoid Aqua Moons as a matter of principle. Like you I attract Aqua all the time - Suns as well as Moons. I think my independence is a huge pull for them (as well as all my Earth). It takes a degree of understanding and of tolerance / patience to handle them, but it can be done! - and the rewards are considerable

Interesting btw Bridie what you say aobut attracting Aqua Moons, since Aqua covers the second half of my Fifth house :)  The Italian's Moon is conjunct my Vertex by 3Ëš and the Man's by 5Ëš btw.

I've just checked and noted for the first time that my Eros is exactly conjunct the Man's BML at 0Ëš31 / 0Ëš28 Aqua hahahahahahaha (my Amor is only 1Ëš away too). We are totally incompatible emotionally, but sexually addicted to one another...

    -  You could not make this stuff up  LOL

I have read that when comparing charts in synastry often one individual's planets "fill in" the other indivudual's chart.

You have Mercury in Gemini at 4 degree and Uranus in Libra at 4 degrees.  An early degree Acquarian moon not only would fall in your 5th h as Bridie suggests, but it would form a grand trine and in a vastly "uninhabited" area of your chart.  You stated there was amazing intellectual stimulation - which I believe such a grand trine would be capable of producing.

Lastly, I have not done any mathmatical calculations, but it looks as if a number of midpoints of your planets falls in Leo.  Oppositions to midpoints are supposed to be significant contacts and the oppositions would fall in Acquarius.

Oh and you don't say the degree of the Virgo man's moon and uranus, but I note you have Virog rising.  If the moon/uranus is conjunct your ascendant - well I have found that to be very powerful mojo!  smiley
