So what's the piece of clothing you absolutely cannot live without? What's your sun/moon/asc/venus?
Aries Asc and Sun, Cancer Moon, Venus in Taurus.
I can't live without yoga pants - the bootcut type that's really stretchy. Usually in plain black.
Aries likes to move around. Cancer needs comfortable waistlines. Taurus just likes comfort.
It is also the only article of clothing that I wear sneakers with (I'm not the sneakers type). I tend to like thick, chunky sneakers (because chucks or keds make my flat feet hurt) and these bootcut yoga pants look great with sneakers... or flats or even heels - if you know how to dress yoga pants up ;)
V-neck tee shirts from Target which they no longer seem to carry. 90 percent cotton, 10 percent acrylic to hug my curves in just the right spots but not make me look dumpy like other tee shirts. I'm a really boring dresser. I had to find replacements at the Gap and Kohl's but somehow it's not the same. Venus and Ascendant in Virgo.
Wait, what stretchy Express dress pants are you talking about? I have to investigate this...my man and I have a million coupons for express!
Since you already picked my favorite clothing item, I am going to have to say tank tops, I wear them to bed, I wear them out, they come in all different varieties (casual, dressy, etc). I have a million different kinds, ones with bra top support, without support, thin straps and thick straps, bubble hem, etc etc etc.
Pisces Sun/Venus, Taurus Rising, Cancer Moon
I could go naked for all I care but I do need sandals in a variety of colors because happy feet go a long, long way.
Blue jeans, black t-shirts and open sandal-type sneakers. I like casual, unrestrictive, comfortable clothing.
Sun and Venus in Taurus, Moon in Aries, Ascendant Virgo.
alicia:
There were these dress pants I bought last year that felt like yoga pants but they were dress pants! I believe it's called "Modern Stretch" though I'm not sure if the material always changes. Anyway, back in the states I HEAVILY relied on Express because their waistlines are so stretchy! And I have a tendency to "power dress" (I am an Aries with a Capricorn MC) so having clean, sharp lines is important to me.
Speaking of comfort shoes, has anyone tried You by Crocs?
http://www.crocs.com/womens-footwear-YOU-by-Crocs/women-footwear-you,default,sc.html
I can't be bothered with the Crocs mules because I find them atrocious-looking, but I have a few Crocs flipflops and they're the comfiest shoes I own. So I'm thinking - Italian leather on the Crocs footbed? Hmm... Does it work?
I will ONLY buy comfy shoes because as Elsa said: Happy feet goes a LONG LONG WAY.

Track pants ~ when I come home from work I have to change all my clothes. I just want the energy off of me.
I love my Chuck Norris Tee Shirt. It says WHEN I WANT YOUR OPINION I'LL BEAT IT OUT OF YOU.
Dresses. Black dresses for work and date nights, and more frivolous dresses for weddings and parties. I have dresses from Target that get me tons of compliments and I just bought a designer dress at a discount today that I am so excited about.
Sun Libra, Venus Virgo.
Jessica, for some reason I've always seen you as a dress person :) Go figure. Sun in Libra Venus in Virgo :)
I miss Target :( We don't have it here in Canada.
notatirem: Very few t-shirts make it to my wardrobe (lol!) And if they do it usually says something witty/stupid/funny AND it has good typography (yes, picky graphic designer here). There was a shirt once that said, "I am your webmistress, you must [submit]"... (Submit is a button)... I wanted it but the graphics were ugly. lol...
lol lunalie
I can't stand to have a cold neck haha so I would have to choose a scarf if I was forced to pick. :)
jeans.
i'd do without bras and shirts if they'd let me. not that i have much to show off, they just make me uncomfortable...
I could run around naked and barefoot if climate and culture would allow me.
But since they don't, the one must-have item would be a very, very large, solid-color tee that I can "swim" in, and pull my feet and arms in, and basically turtle into if need be. Maybe not-so-surprisingly, though, this requirement changes everyday. (This is too tight! This is too loose! Too somber! Too bright! Get it off my arms, argh, protect the boobs!!!!) I'm never truly happy with clothes.
Cancer rising, Leo sun, Aqua moon, Libra Venus.
OH WAIT! Fuck the tee, the absolute biggest must-have is a 10-foot-tall-and-bulletproof leather coat, preferably trench. *nodnodNOD*
And now I'm leaving before I can change my mind. Again. ![]()
LOL SaDiablo!
I think you can get creative with the huge tee :) Belt it up, hang it loose... Wear with or without leggings... Possibilities are endless!
But trench coats... now that's a classic :)
long, stretchy cotton camisoles. worn under everything. for years they've been making most tees/shirts/sweaters too short to cover the top of my pants when I sit. I live in fear of showing ass cleavage.
Satori, I know what you mean! I'm a fairweather cyclist and those are such a godsend for me since ass cleavage is almost inevitable when you're cycling in low rise pants!
My Lucky Brand jeans. I have two pairs of Easy Riders. They are the most comfortable things ever. They hide my belly, fit my hips and thighs, and flatter my big ass--all without stretch, "tummy panels", and all that other shit clothing manufacturers put in for women "of a certain age". There's nothing worse than feeling binded up in the ultimate casual comfort piece of clothing!

i have some awesome winter wool socks i'd die without. they are the perfect weave, don't itch or make my feet sweaty and in 8 years of washing them AND putting them in the dryer they are exactly the same shape!
I've got this amazing, timeless, black Liz Claiborne suit jacket that I wear it with everything. It's *nice* polyester, 3-season wear (well, I live in the southern U.S., so I wear it all year long). I've had it 6 years now and it still looks current/fresh.
Libra sun, Gemini rising, Moon/Venus in Scorpio (6th house).
Sun Cancer, Libra Asc, Libra Moon and Venus in Gemini.
I probably couldn't live without my many colorful chuck taylors or maybe my shawls.
Oh I forgot to answer this in all the reading. I'll show you:
(I hate when it shows in the preview and not in the post ....)
In case the picture dies, here's the twitpic link http://twitpic.com/ow1x3
They are Rockports, super comfy and supportive and fast. And shiny - I have them in both gold AND silver.
Gemini sun/asc, Sag moon, Cancer venus.
Cotton underwear (by Gap Body, bikini style so it doesn't look too grandmay and covers my ass), comfortable bootcut jeans, a belt (because the number one thing I hate is when my legs rub together, I'm not thin enough yet ;)), and sneakers. I like cotton clothing.<!--Session data-->
Go, neva! A sexy bra is the best. I like the simple sailory navy blue cotton <!--Session data-->bras from Calvin Klein, intimissimi style, very Christie Turlington in the 90s
<!--Session data-->
Hard...but I think maybe my colourful shawls, scarfs.....they make me happy...tie it a little diffrent ...Voila!! -A beautiful dress or cool top:), unfortunally the climate where I live don't support a shawl only attire:(
Sun,ven in aries,gem asc,leo moon
I could also live only on jewellery, but again , I would need some heat;)
I fought jumping on the Uggs bandwagon, but after suffering cold feet, ankles, calves -- I bought a pair of the fake "high top" ones they had at our Costco ($40.00). Wow! Warm, toasty, and amazingly my feet don't sweat. If I could only wear them to bed!!
Otherwise, my LeMystere bras. Not sexy, but not ugly, they hold up the girls just right and honestly, people have asked if I've lost weight since I started wearing them. I just wish they weren't so darned expensive.
Fall/Winter: Boots. High boots with high heels, flat riding-like boots, slightly motorcycle-y boots on weekends... Taurus with Venus in Aries and lots of Neptune.
Summer: Sundresses. I aim not to wear anything else.
I can't live without hoodies... any type of hoodies!! Has long that I has a hood and it's colourful! I love colours.. not a fan of pink (like baby pink) but LOVE fushia! I love intense colour and fiery colours. I'm an Aquarius sun and moon-mars-venus conjunct in Pisces with a Cancer rising!!
oh and I love shoes!! especially sandals so that I can show off my colourful toenails..
