Astrology Class Testimonials

Agreed Bananas. It was my first time in the Colosseum and I found it totally addictive! I couldn't wait for each chart, and for people's comments. I was champing at the bit like a five-year old.
What I loved was the focussed way Elsa dealt with the person's questions, succinct and to the point and really easy to understand. No flim-flam or intellectualism. It really opened up the way to reading charts for me, I found myself starting to be able to read them in a fluid, holistic way, rather than bits at a time, followed by 'eh, doh, and..?!!'
Then being able to read other people's interpretations and their way of approach added SO much to the mix, it was like getting 10 teachers at a time instead of one.
I also was amazed at the courage of the people who claimed their charts and discussed them with everyone.
Bloody brilliant, I hope there's another one soon.
Yes I too am addicted to the classes in the Colosseum!!! I am learning tons, it is weird I will be doing something and it will all click in my head like a big *a-ha*. All the information is sinking in and meshing without my conciousness, lol. Can't wait for the next class!!! xoxo
Elsa's chart readings in the recent colosseum (did i spell it right?) were stunning, absolutely stunning. Deep. Works of art, and i don't say that lightly, and i don't mean art in terms of untouchable -- just that what she does is share an intense intense intense gift of insight/expression. I'm really broke these days, not exaggerating, but i don't regret paying for that class. I'l likely join the next class as well and eat Ramen for a week ha.
Sorry to sound like a dork, but that class in particular was being in the presence of a master.
For anyone who is curious as to what goes on in there, how the charts "go..." basically Elsa gets a variety of people in a private group and we talk astrology shop, with Elsa leading off each chart analysis with a highly impactful overview.
There was a great difference in the various problems, from the person struggling with midlife transits, to the woman living with one man and dating another, to the one who doesn't feel like she attracts men period, and it goes on.
If Elsa doesn't mind, I would like to post her chart titles just to give you a little sampling of the variety. It was really very cool.
Chart #1: Surprise Ending
Chart#2: Transits as They Affect Relationships
Chart #3: The Chart, High Art...
Chart #4: Sparring and Ambition in Love
Chart #5: Direct Hit on Love's Battlefield
Chart #6: Relationship School... Boot Camp, Army Style
Chart #7: Instant C---
Chart #8: Men Are Not Interested in Her
Chart #9: He Wants Kids, She's Not Sure. Karmic Relationship?
Chart #10: Negative, Belittling Spew
I'd do it again, I would!
(Elsa, if you'd prefer I delete the chart list, I will - but I thought it would give outsiders a good idea of the different flavors and what to expect for next time.)
The privacy aspect was good. So was the variety of charts that got posted.
And most importantly, it was watching the lazer-scalpel focus as Elsa peeled away each chart. Everybody in the colosseum had a say too- it was interesting seeing what developed from that. Some of the arguments (well, more like discussions) turned up some very good things, people provided helpful links.
And I might add the images selected for each chart by Satori are unfailingly on the mark and added a welcome and insightful additional dimension to each of the readings.
Each of the classes I've participated in have offered incredible value for a modest investment and were full of information, opportunities to learn, insight and support, both from Elsa, Satori, and the class participants.
My favourite is when she points out that someone hasn't asked to be out of the relationship. It really gets you thinking about the reality of what we are like as human beings and how one person's poison is another person's pill.
Yes I'm hooked too .. even though I'm unemployed.. I can't resist the classes.
Thank you Elsa.
I didn't do this class, but I did get to Elsa's summer session. It was refreshing, on target, and really HELPED me. I can't say that enough.
This, in particular, stuck with me: "You don't just wake up and roll out of bed with a chart like this. You've got work to do and the work is significant."
I think the class was very informative both to the chart owners as well as the participants.
It is a pleasure to me, to see how Elsa zeros in on a chart and the specifics within.
I said in another post on the massive class with the 70 charts, no one could come away from that class not knowing they wouldn't be getting their money's worth from a private consult. The same applies to this last class.
It was time and money damn well spent in my opinion! I am looking forward to the next study session, whatever topic is chosen.
Can only second, third and fourth all the great comments above. I was fortunate enough to take part in all 3 classes and benefited immensely from watching Elsa synthesize the aspects that I have only been able to see individually. So obviously, I will continue, God willing. Happy Thanksgiving!
I completely agree with what Bananas says as well! This was my first class and I was initially reluctant to request my chart be read and my questions answered as I am a very private person and my problem was BIG. I am so glad I went through with it. I have learned so much from Elsa as well as all of those who participated in the discussion.
Elsa cuts through all the BS crap and get straight to the point. This is rare these days and is quite refreshing when you find someone capable of doing it with as much astrological experience as Elsa has. If you want the straight-up truth and ways to help you deal and get through your problems, Elsa is the person to contact.
I, too, would love to be a part of future classes. It was a great experience. Thank you!
I've participated in all the classes and enjoyed every one, and learned a ton. I'm not an astrologer, so I chimed in in the discussions only occasionally, and the last session just read an absorbed... If you're worried you won't have anything to say, or might say something wrong, not to worry -- Elsa and everyone else have been nothing but kind and helpful! These classes are a DEAL, and I'm thankful Elsa offers them at such a reasonable price.
Oh, yeah! I always enjoy the classes, though I didn't get to participate in the huge one over the summer (still bummed about that, it sounds like it was a treasure trove!). I did this past one, and two that were held on Xanga last winter-ish, and I always walk away with something. Even on charts that make no sense when I look at them, I pick up so much info it's amazing. Elsa is, of course, great. Satori's pics are like an visceral laser to the heart of the matter. It's symbiotic fabulousness on a grand scale! Well worth the moolah. Srsly.
I know this was already mentioned, but worth repeating...the combination of chart reading by Elsa and the fabulous pics chosen by Satori make each chart presentation a delicious treat. Not to be overly sacharrine, because the readings aren't....Elsa will bring to light both positive and negative aspects in a chart. Her 'lazer-scalpel focus' as mentioned is phenomenal.
Elsa is straight up. She is so direct, and what she writes in such a small amount of space is invaluable and keeps me thinking for months. She tells you what you need to hear, and the most precious thing is that you can sense her genuine effort to help you as a person. She is concerned about who she is working for, and she is serious about her craft. Thanks Elsa, for providing us with the real deal.
I just gotta say, that since Elsa's last class, I've had a huge improvment in astrology. I can think in astrological terms faster and jump through hoops better. This isn't how Elsa teaches, but what I gain from her class is a more natural way of going about things, and not so mechanical as before.
I actually didn't participate that much in the last class because I kept headbutting my keyboard trying to figure out most of the charts (First time trying to look quickly and not spend hours looking up stuff, or trying to remember what I already know. Never had to think "quickly" with astrology before. Love the challenge, I needed it to improve.) But what I learned from reading who other people picked about charts after Elsa explained how she would do it, was very educational. And it has really shown in the past month in my day life (I've been to busy at work, so not on the blog as much, Mars in the 10th right now, lol)
I would also like to say, that Elsa's style in astrology (Which everyone was talking about on here a couple weeks ago, I think) I really apriciate. It shows through the most, because while I still research what something might mean, I try to problem solve astrology aspects on my own more instead of just copy and paste what someone says they are on the internet. I feel more comfortable talking about astrology because what I "say" are more "my thoughts" than some robert hand research (Not to down RoberT Hand, I'm just happy I can do some of this myself too.)
Sorry for the rambling, My energy is all over the place right now, LOL!!
Elsa's classes are top drawer. Her analysis is insightful and bone-deep, Satori's pics are eerily spot on, and the group feedback is overwhelming.
Just want to add my two cents. Elsa REALLY knows her astrology and it doesn't matter if you are a complete newbie or have been studying astrology for years, you can still learn lots in her classes.
Her astrological reasoning is always spot on. ![]()

bumping uphill.

I'm starting a thread on testimonials for the Love and Relationships Astrology class that Elsa held recently.
I just want to say that I thought it was great and definitely worth the money! Here's what I appreciated about the class:
That it imparted specific astrology knowledge and applied it to real-life problems; better still, that we learned ways to approach and solve these problems based on the indvidual insights gained in each reading.
That Elsa did every chart from scratch, in a totally unique way of weaving the astrological chart information into the problem or challenge that the chart owner professed to be having. Elsa has a way of writing in a colorful and metaphorical style that really pins down the core issue and how to solve it.
That we were able to remain anonymous if we chose to, in order to protect our own egos and emotions while having our charts read "for the group." Even better, some chart owners willingly came forth to ask questions and offer more information so that we would have an even better understanding of the problem.
That everyone in the group, including both astrology experts and "regular" people offered feedback on the readings.
That the class was flexible. You could be working all day, log in at 8 pm, read a chart or two, post feedback, and then return to the discussion later on in the week.
For me personally, the privacy aspect of the class was really compelling. There are really great conversations on this forum, but sometimes I don't feel like having my life story or "more controversial views" on display for all the world to read.
I would love to see more relationship-themed astrology classes held in Elsa's Colosseum in the future. Maybe on one of those "sensitive" topics like The Astrology of Sex. I would be more comfortable talking about something like that in a private area where even though others can read it, I know it wouldn't be Googlable by just anybody. I would pay for that, yes.
Thanks for such a high quality learning experience!
