I have a good friend who has one of the most interesting charts I've ever seen, and sometimes I still can't get over it.

This person is a math genius- an honest to goodness mad scientist type. Anyone remember Pinky & The Brain? He was accepted to MIT when he was 16 years old where he was a double major (Mathematics & Philosophy). He lived in Japan for a while doing statistics work after he graduated, when he was just 20 years old. As super Virgoan as he seems, his dominate 12th house really shows through in his application. He's been creating an AI (artifical intelligence) engine that he claims will predict (and therefore explain) human emotion, and devotes an insane amount of time to (what seems to me, at least) the impossible task. He also speaks three languages and writes math manuals for children. I love him dearly (we have a very intimate friendship and an ongoing flirtation, but I just can't go there for some reason) but the way his mind works terrifies me sometimes; he's very detached from the personal yet almost obsessively attached to the universal at the same time. He's VERY blunt, one of the most painfully honest people I've ever met, but also HILARIOUS in that trademark Virgo man way. His submissive sexuality is also a huge part of his life, and he just moved from the East Coast to the West Coast ALONE, to be with a woman he hardly knows because she seems to understand him sexually.

The Pisces/Virgo polarity shows up a LOT in his chart; not just in his planets/houses but also on his numerous axises (axi?). His Asc/Desc, East Point/West Point, and  Vertex/Anti-Vertex are all laying across Virgo and Pisces. I've never seen a chart like this in my life, aside from a few celebrity charts, maybe.

What are some of the most interesting charts you've seen, and what are the stories of the people behind them?

Man! It's not very often I see a chart I consider to be "more virgo" than me...

I wish I could figure out how to post David Bowie's...he is a Capricorn Sun/Leo Moon/Aquarius ASC.

His Sun is in his 12th House, conjunct his (Cappy) Mars...and his Moon is conjunct Saturn in his 6th House.

I am completely besotted with him.

This chart is visually arresting. It loolks like a tethered kite. The guy is one of those Buddhist adepts that are identified as children and assume leadership in their spriitual communites.

Hrae, Steven Hawking is a Capricorn, but he does also have a Virgo moon. I couldn't find a rising sign for him anywhere, but his chart is still pretty interesting without it. It looks like he has a handful of Grand Earth Trines.

kashmiri, I LOVE Bowie! And like my friend, he has a 12th house stellium!

Something about moon in the 7th strikes me as VERY romantic, too.

    Thanks a bunch Luna Mile!

The things I'm noticing are (duh) a concentration in Earth signs (for your friend and hawking) - i wish we could have the rising of hawking because the houses are what makes everything...work (har har earth signs).

What I find most interesting is the difference in the desire to apply oneself and the desire to be lazy. What do you think makes that difference?

I have a friend who has a stellium in the 12th, (moon, rising, neptune, saturn, uranus)  his life is extremely interesting, but he's extremely lazy. His mom married a man from a major company before the company went down in fraud; so he's pretty much got everything he needs and then some to line massive birdcages with. Also, he had cancer when he was six, (When his mom was re-marrying, I think)which I think is interesting because cancer is the opposite of Capricorn. I thought his chart was kind of similar to your friends...although all the conjunctions are out of sign...and his axises are different (but, vertex opposition sun and mercury?)

blah I guess it didn't post the chart...i need to go get a flikr or photobucket

i guess i'm out on the david bowie generation :/

The symbolism is amazing. It also looks like a crossbow loaded with an arrow aimed at the infinite. (Sag Neptune conjunct the SOUTH NODE!). Talk about destiny.
