I really LOVE desperate housewives. What do you think are the signs of the housewives and why?

i tried to watch that show once, to see what all the fuss was over. i think i made it maybe 5 minutes. it disturbed me.

haha i love desperate housewives too. Though i haven't been following it much lately. I do look at the charts of people in shows/movies i watch just out of habit.

Eva Longoria Parker, who plays the character Gabrielle Solice though really seems to fit the character she plays with all that Aries in her chart! She is a Pisces Sun, which, with the skill i think would enhance acting ability ( the "chameleon" ) but that's not my main point. Using Noon birthtime Moon and Venus are exactly conjunct in Aries in her birth chart, ( the real difference may be just 1-2 degrees at most i'm sure ) And in desperate housewives, you can really tell that she "runs" the household, i mean sure she's married to Carlos but she pulls the strings and always tries to get away with things under his nose, sticking to her own agenda. She always seems to get herself into sticky situations but you have a kind of sympathy for her because she's just acting out of whim! Or something.

Carlos her husband ( played by Ricardo Chavira ) strikes me as the earth type. I would assign his actual character a taurus sun ( i mean, even after his wife cheats on him with the gardener and dates really sketchy dudes during their separation he still sticks with her! ) 

His ( Ricardo, the actor ) natal sun and moon interestingly enough are in earth signs ( Sun Virgo, Moon Capricorn ) and Venus lies in Virgo. I bet with all that earth in your chart it's hard for it not to be noticed ;)

Another character, Edie Britt ( played by Nicolette Sheridan )

I think she would fit the stereotype of a Leo or a Scorpio .. especially the negative ( as she often plays the antagonist. ) .. she tends to be somewhat of a loner except with men. Again.. as she is portrayed ( overtly ) negatively, it would be the negative manifestations of the signs... with the leo part, a bit of arrogance and "boastfulness"... scorpio-- sneakiness ... but with both signs there is that stubbornness ( being that they're fixed signs ) and that kinda "i'm in control"mantra that you might see in her.

And Nicolette Sheridan, coincidentally, who plays the character Edie Britt is a Scorpio in real life with venus and mars TIGHTLY conjunct in sagittarius 

I think Susan is for sure a Libra, no doubt about it.

Bree has gotta be a Virgo with some Aries in there somewhere.

Orson couldn't be any more Capricorn.

Definitely Carlos is a Taurus.

I'm not sure about Lynette, but there's gotta be Aries in there.

I think Gabrielle is a Sagittarius with a Leo moon.

That combination about Edie of scorpio and leo is what I see as well. She's gotta be fixed.

Gabrielle is too materialistic to be a Sag imo.  She's got to have some Capricorn. 

Good call on Carlos as a Taurus. 

Lynette could be Cancer.  Controlling but all about the family. 

Dave has to be a Scorpio.

No, not at all in my experience. 

Well, actually no. My mother is a Sagittarius and she isn't materialistic at all. I'm a double Sag and I am a little materialistic, but I'm not greedy, I share everything I have. Maybe it's my Jupiter in Taurus.

haha dorothy when you said that Susan seems like a Libra it totally reminded me of that one episode where this gay couple moves into the neighborhood, and she's trying SO hard to be polite to them cause she doesn't want to come off as homophobic, but to them it comes off as kind of overzealous, with the flattery and baked goods and everything. I think a libra fits pretty well for susan. Maybe a Libra with a Pisces ascendant, considering how emotional she is..

the signs of the characters i feel would be as follow :

1- bree van de kamp : sun in scorpio , rising in vigo , mercury capricorn

2- susan mayer : virgo sun , leo rising . venus & mercury libra just like because me she reminds of me actually !  

3-gabriel : sun taurus , mercury leo , rising gemini

 these are the most interesting to me , what do you think ? :)
