Two things:

First, are we sure that pic is the before shot?  It doesn't say so in the article and I can't tell much difference in just her face, though it said she's had eye and lip work, hairline work, and botox.  If it is the before pic, no matter how reprehensible he is, he does good work... .

Secondly, and not to step on any toes, I was much less surprised after learning the dude is German.  After the cannibal personal ad and that father keeping his daughter and their secret family in hiding for decades, I hate to say that learning some German somewhere did something outrageous no longer shocks me.
