It bears mentioning that some are really thriving.  I talk to people all day long and many of them are definitely gearing up for will probably be a banner year (so long as we aren't nuked or something )

    Are you one of them?

    Tell us!

From things I've read, researched, and been told, I've got a good year to look forward to.  This month and next month, especially, are supposed to be pretty damn nice for me.  I'm doing what I feel I need to do to keep heading in the right direction and keeping my fingers crossed!  Hope it turns out well!  :)

I'm not hurting.  I can't say I'm thriving yet, but I'm taking steps to get there.  Woo!

Elsa, I've hadn't had a good year since around 1999? Lol. This is actually true though.

I can feel this year is better than '09.

I really high hopes but the charts in my family will be hit so hard in the next 1-2 years, there is no telling.

MY son's chart is due to be CRUSHED ala Jilly style or worse and the soldier has that solar return in 2011. Hopefully, someone won't kill me - there are certainly threats.

On that front, some of you hang out with the person who made (at least some of) them.

Going to be one hell of a story, regardless but as of now I think my stock is going nowhere but up.

Me!  I am kind of amazed.  I feel like Wall-E going about my work after the end of the world.  I also feel like I'm jinxing myself, but maybe I can just fare well if I try.

Then again - it's been crushing my angles and 1 Cancer Mars for some time, but all the mid-to-late Libra planets have yet to get theirs.  Oh well, damn the torpedoes!

    Dang, Elsa. :( I'm sorry.

(Please tell me if I am unwittingly hanging out with death threat people.)

Cross-posted with Elsa.   Yeah, maybe mine is the hubris/naiveté of having only been through the angles/Mars transit and not Mercury, Pluto, Sun yet. :/  -----sigh------

still have happy face for now!

I appreciate the phrase "crushed a la Jilly style."  Jilly?  feel some pride of ownership there?

Jilly, I don't know who is hanging out outside of someone emailed me awhile back and one of my peers linked the person.  ::rolls eyes::

I don't monitor this stuff but I do have a gun and have said many times I will empty every bullet in it into anyone who comes into my house and if I miss, I guarantee you my husband won't.

Thing is, it won't be that easy.  having lost me, he will have nothing to do but... well let's just say it would be a grave mistake to hurt me.

Death threats? Jeez. That makes me mad and sad. Makes me wish I were a soldier.  Mars in Cancer = protects women. Grrr.

But to answer your question... I asked you about Jupiter in consult -- that's looking nice... My summer/fall was full of upheaval and difficulty. But also miracles -- just hoping it stays... for a while!

Yeah, faring okay, good... just worried about the future and like I wrote above, hoping, praying it stays sane for a while...

I have a theory that the ones who are hit hardest this time are the ones with personal planets in the early cardinals. Having outer planets at the early cardinals is no picnic BUT it's not the same thing. Just a theory....

Maybe Jessica just disproved my theory though.... Jessica has a 1degree Mars which is currently in a t-square with pluto and uranus and you are FINE? Well, that's some fine news....

    There you go, Elsa--a scrapper!

My home defense consists of a baseball bat, two swords, and (the up-close-and-personal favorite) a Bowie knife.  I long for the day someone tries a home invasion!  :D

For all the crush I'm actually faring reasonably well.  Just a lot of work, but I can do that.

Heck, I got my annual review today, and it was pretty good.  My boss says "I know we give you most of the really challenging stuff, but I want you to know it's because we know you can take those projects and really pull through with them."

    I was proud, ya know?

i feel like Vid has had enough and deserves a break.  I truly hope that once he gets out of his childhood, he gets a break on transits and feels (like I did) that adulthood is a relief.  Poor sweet kid.

See, moonpluto, in 2007-2008 to early 2009 (when I came here) I was VERY NOT fine and now Pluto (and Saturn) are a couple degrees off my Mars.  It's the approaching, not the passing, that hurts so bad.  Uranus, I'm just not going to worry about. <cackles like Mad Hatter.>

Elsa, I just think that whoever threatens you is making a big mistake.  As you point out.

Yeah Shannon!  My boyfriend (with your exact same Sadge Moon/Neptune) had a similar good review today.  Way to go guys!

nutsy, I have a long black Mag-Lite by my bedside but I think I need a baseball bat too. I dream of break-ins every other night.  I don't want to get that close, though.  Would have a gun, but those are illegal in Cook County.

Oops i meant saturn not uranus (did i write uranus - hard to scroll up on my blackberry)

Okay then -- you didnt disprove my theory, just that pluto is far enough away-- i can't remember - 5 degrees cap now? Okay so late Sag was when it started probably to suck :(

As long as my theories stay safe ;)

Why can't it all be venus and jupiter? I really wish it could. This life of challenges really does NOT interest me at all. At all!

Why can't it all be venus and jupiter?

Because we'd be fat, drunk, and pregnant. ;)

oh and yes maaaaaaajor suckage in the late Sag times.  Incredibly grateful that's over.  Your theory remains intact.

Fat, drunk, and pregnant sounds good to me. Or even 2 outa 3--

it also seems to really matter, in my opinion (i always need to put that in there), what houses are involved.... Cuz a Pluto opposition in 1st/7th is gonna be and feel real different from 11th/5th (that's where mine is gonna be)--

Cuz 1st/7th is gonna hit maybe health, partner, business, legal problems--

And 11th/5th can be.... one's dreams, friends, love affairs... creative stuff...

Can Mars opposing Pluto ever be good?

Like i said: a life of venus and jupiter - sign me up...

Can both be going on at once? I'm starting to feel bipolar. It feels like all kinds of good is just over the horizon, but the horizon keeps moving. Patience is killing me.

Being a Sun Libra, Virgo rising, Moon Capricorn, Scorpio stellium  I usually get very mixed transits. The challanging ones would be almost always balanced by lucky ones. For instance, right now, I have Saturn /Pluto effecting my Sun, but on the other hand Jupiter making excellent transits to the planets in feminine signs. I  have been challanged lately, but in the most postive way. I've got a new job and new responsabilities, but feel there's a real chance for crowth both professionally and in personal life. Also, I've met people I just feel will be extremely significant for me. So, basicly, I'm fairing really well.

Just speaking here about what I have been seeing in the Cardinals..After many long hard years, three Aries I know are at last doing very well at work, one at first Saturn return now, who's been battling with depression has been reborn through a job that brings out the best in her, three Librans have had relationships end, several Cancerians, well some June born have had concerns with the health  and intensity of folk around them, and Capricorns we know, ..well many have been struggling with the power of fate, the power of authority figures, but they're well equipped for this so they'll win through.

As regards death threats.. that is absolutely appalling and I hope it's been reported. I would not want to be associated with anyone who did this to you, Elsa. While I don't think for a minute that you are referring to me as the peer who's linked, if you do know at all that I am in some way linked, I'd appreciate if you'd tell me please, privately and I will detach.

Good to check in again here..have been absent of late..thanks to a sudden family loss..good guy went down and it's been quite a time..his widow is my family, they were both our friends. Pluto in my 11th has been a bit of a grim reaper affecting our circle, four friends lost their partners prior to this family one.  Definitely flinching at the thought of Uranus heading into Aries, adding to that cardinal mix, but hey..surprises can be good ones too..some very capable characters have cardinal squares and T squares, after all.

i mean, c'mon. So many people can't say all that...

i'm concerned about when pluto starts hitting up my midcardinals... all libra and aries of them... though it will be trining my mid mutables at the same time... there's a certain degree midsigns that hits up seven of my planets at once (+asc) in some way... and then when it moves on it plays with my sun and my nodes... and then, finally, jupiter & chiron get to say something about it.  guess i can work with that cycle, but, er.. the initial crush can sure be something...

(Waiting for lightning to strike me as I say this) I feel GREAT!  I feel peaceful.  I know I'm in for some more strife...but I can't deny how good I've been feeling.

I'm trying to brace myself for Pluto conjuncting my daughter's Sun, moon, and Venus while it's in Capricorn.

    like Ingrid, i feel bipolar.

i can go from feeling marvelous to crying in a split second.

things are generally good in my life.   and i feel mostly optimistic... like i have a lot to look forward to.

but i also feel this horrible internal pressure, that at times is almost unbearable.  in my mind i liken it to the movie Alien... where there's this thing trying to claw its way out of me.  only i'm not sure what it is.

i've been taking a lot of hot baths.  it seems to help.  i'm not sure why.  (maybe i'm trying to give birth to myself.)

I'm living what I call the "pay as you go" lifestyle and liking it. Can feel the muscles.. and the overall sense of control. It's like being on a space ship and having the captain keel over and you simply have to drive. So then you figure it out. And you know you can figure it out.. you know you have to figure it out.. so in the end it's all good. Thanks to jupiter popping into pisces just in the nick of time. Possibly the "hit the ground running" energy.

Perspective wise.. when I was working on a short film last summer (for free) with G who turns out to be a capricorn.. it was stressful as he wanted our work to conform to his vision.. now i'm working on a short film (and being paid) with S with a vision to do it the best we can and then he'll figure out how to sell it. One goes top down in terms of control and stress, and the other supports development and riding the change. S is a gemini with i believe saturn in capricorn. S's way I get paid and it's win-win. G is building a business where he represents freelancers but didn't want to truly represent me possibly because i could not conform to his vision. I've gone further on my own than I would have under the conformity. Important because this is my livelihood. Survival.

I do believe other people who are under the conform energy are privately building new muscle as well.. have to in order to survive.. and come spring things are going to rock and roll. Right now though it's about working.. pay as you go.. laying a foundation for the changes to come. Seriously pay-as-you-go is a great way to survive as well. No debt and so no reprisals.

    Good for you, opal!  :D

I'm feeling high right now, internally, like I've got sunshine in my soul.  It's been such a long time since I've felt so damned uplifted.  I like it, hope it lasts.

I have no idea how much longer I'll have this job, it's raining outside, and I've often wrecked myself with positive-thinking in the past (because I've had contrary luck), but I am tossing that past shit into the wind.  Even if I've just signed my death warrant just now by expressing these positive feelings...fuck it!  :D  (As my Native American ancestors might have said:  "It's a good day to die.")
