Just loaded up a couple books from amazon.com into my iPhone kindle to read on the bus to/from my tattoo artist's studio.  I took a whole day off and I think I'm actually going to take the whole day off and boot this meeting til Monday.  (I"m supposed to have a meeting this afternoon after I get home)

How's everyone today?  Pull up a chair, tell us a story?

I should be sleeping by now, but I'm kinda wired for sound.  Brain won't shut off.  =/

Hey SaDiablo, that's been my problem, too.  I wanted to watch Lindsey Von's run Wednesday night, but decided I needed my sleep more.  My brain woke me up at 11:30 and wouldn't let me get back to sleep--the rat bastard!--so, due to lethargy and a zombie-like state I only worked a half-shift yesterday.  Woke up repeatedly last night, my brain ready to get going but my body reminding it constantly that it just needs to FUCK OFF already...   

Nope, I was a good girl and came home to do my chores instead of going barhopping.

I'm picking up my shoes today from the zapateria...they're making them by hand and I'm pretty excited!!!!

Shannon, can I borrow your day?  I love iPhone Kindle and I would love a tattoo, too!  Who's your artist?

My day = wicked head cold, three jobs at once (two unpaid), imminent layoffs at paid job, and headed to my lawyer's office to give a three-hour deposition.  Hurrah!  I will visit you all in the "bar" this evening.

This evening: had an odd quick conversation with the guy I am thinking about.  And thinking that I've gone nutsy... I should note that my venus-neptune square is being squared by neptune by transit.

Just woke up from a nap, a disorienting feeling, had a deepish sleep.  No desire to go out (even though there is something I would have enjoyed) and instead am doing paperwork (not bills, a pleasant kind)  and will do some writing/revising.

I'm having some tea (decaf) at the bar. To be specific, someone sent me some high quality loose tea a month of so ago, so it's from that stash. Vanilla.

Spent all day yesteday sick as a dog and today my body feels like I've been hit by a truck.

Enjoying keeping foods down, today, though. ;)

Okay survived dep and ready to start weekend even though it includes work.  I can give myself Friday night off, for sure.

All my Virgo thinks that's really cool but is also kind of grossed out because they were laying on the crappy coop floor. :D

My grew-up-on-a-farm dad would be totally laughing at me right now haha.

had an emergency, after hours vet trip. kitty scared me to death but he's okay. just got a sore paw.

made a (low carb) cheesecake for dinner at a friends tomorrow  hope it doesn't snow us out because i need the social interaction outside my house, damnit. so i'm happy about that.

eh. not a horrific day but sure not my favorite either.
