I do too Tam. Cool article!
So the dark side of the moon goes snap, crackle, pop!
"I mean, they're not gunna kill ya, so if you give 'em a quick short,
sharp, shock, they won't do it again. Dig it?"
(lyrics from US & Them, off of Pink Floyd's Dark Side of the Moon album)
Me too! I don't even have to know if it is coming or not...I will feel more anxious than usual and have a restless sleep and then I will see it is waxing. also my dreams become very vivid. I take Calcium Citrate at bedtime during these times and it really helps!!
Yep - and not a lot of light pollution where we are so the moon changes are very prominent.
Thank goodness I'm not the only one who feels the full moon...I can't sleep, but ironically, don't feel tired the next day - fully "charged", anyone?? ![]()
Working at a hospital will tell you a lot about full moons as well...more births, more violent admittance to ER, etc. The folks who refute the effects of the full moon must live in caves...
haha. well its hard for me to say whether it was coincidental or in fact because of the full moon but i ended up going to bed at around 2 am last night ![]()
when i had initially intended to go to bed at like 9:30~10:30
..who knows?

I have trouble sleeping around the time of the full moon. It doesn't matter if it's cloudy or not, so it isn't a question of the brightness of the moon.
Here is an interesting article about the moon's surface being charged by the earth's magenetotail around the time of the full moon.
