Hey, all, my name is Larry and I'm new to this site. Actually I'm new to high speed internet! (laughing) Way up here we've had dial up until a few months ago. In the boonies? Nah. After cruising around a little bit I've seen that Elsa and Elsa's blog are quite cool. I'm sure everyone else is, too.

I've studied astrology for 30 years and called myself a professional only recently. I love talking and writing to people and hope to do a lot of that here. I'm a retired cop (boo?) from Detroit and and an actual "psychic" detective. I've finally found my Nirvana on the shores of Lake Huron. So, please, bear with me until I figure this all out. And, if you have astrological questions - or legal (grin) ones, I'll be glad to help.

Hi, Liz! Up in Ontario? Ontario used to be south of us in Motown. It's a pretty big (state?), I know. I hate the word "psychic" - I'd rather use intuitive but the latter gets the idea across better. Most cops develop that sixth sense in order to survive, but I kept working on mine. It got so I could go from A to E without stopping at B, C and D.

 It really came to be when I started meditating at 29. Uh, huh, Saturn return. And the more I meditated the stronger it would grow. I have some techniques if you'd like to know them. The first rule is to go with the FIRST thing that pops into your head! It may seem silly or dumb but usually it's not. Takes practice, practice, practice...

Wow! Thank you all for the welcome! It's so nice to be (appreciated, tolerated) pick one and I'm sure I will be talking to all of you individually. Hey, I'm retired, I can do that. I like the interest in the psychic detective stuff. You know, I used it more as a private detective during the '90s. I have a concept that I've been wanting to try for many years and maybe now is the time to give it a shot. I'll keep it off the board for now until I've got it figured out. But maybe the board is the place to do it. Again, thank you for the welcome, it's greatly appreciated. I haven't posted on a board since the Urantia Foundation kicked me off of theirs for not being fundamental enough. (laughing) They were appalled at my belief in astrology...

Hi Larry, that's a fascinating area and I look forward to reading your posts, as I am sure will everyone here. Note you haven't supplied your astrological info, so you prefer to keep the detective persona, huh!

I studied a bit of Horary and used to correspond a fair bit with the late and great Olivia Barclay, who was a real diamond. Police matters often drew my interest. Missing children and "lost" property in particular. Once came under curious but not unkind scrutiny for pinpointing the whereabouts of a stolen car. Thankfully we have no village pond or place for a bonfire. LOL
