To make this astrologically meaningful here's the chart of the day.
Satori warned of Eris' conjunction to the sun. Here's how that worked. John's ex-wife was there. She's a good woman and likes me a lot however I was very aware while saying my vows that she had said similar to the same man and I'm sure intended hers to be permanent at the time too. It would have been wrong to not invite her but it certainly created a bit of dischord for me.
My son Aubrey walked down from the house with me. He had grabbed his easter basket and was looking for flowers to put in as I was getting ready. He expressed concern that the little wild flowers would fall through so I told him to just get the wild onions the kids had been pulling and playing with out of the yard. His eyes lit up and he FILLED that basket with onions. When we walked out to the stable he very dutifully walked in front and strew wild onions in my path. :)
Each of the little boys (Aubrey and John's son Kevin) stood with us and held a ring. Both of them dropped the ring they held at least once but they wound up on the right fingers in the end.
Aquarius moon and Uranus conjunct Mars and Venus was probably well suited to the wedding of people who would put it all on the internet. It was a great day and I'm very pleased with how it all went. People loved the barn and the land our house is on. I hope this is just the first of many parties at the barn. Obvservations of the chart are welcome. I chose the date based on loose ideas I had about wedding astrology and I think it couldn't have been more perfect for us.
Oh one last observation I had. Jenfullmoon said something about a siren during the ceremony. That didn't happen but one of the guests had a car alarm malfunction around midnight that lasted about ten minutes until they got it shut down. I just smiled and acknowledged Eris silently.

I should have mentioned how generous people were. There was SO much food and drink brought in. One of the coolest things though was that a regular client of mine brought her little dog in for me to groom yesterday. (I worked until about 2) When I told her, no I didn't have flowers she asked me my colors and went and made a gorgeous bouquet of red sweetheart roses and made flowers for John and the boys as well as a corsage for my daughter. She had no idea that I have always loved sweetheart roses. They were perfect.
We've discovered a small tragedy this morning. The person John handed his camera to changed a setting and we have no pictures from his camera. Waiting to hear from others who may have gotten some decent shots. You all may have noticed how much I love good pictures. :-/
Thanks Kashmiri and Pixiedust. That picture of the two of us was one I took with my cell phone. We sat down for a minute late in the evening on the couch in the barn. Music was playing from John's iPod which was set to shuffle and everything on it is so good people thought it was a playlist. It was a perfect moment so I snapped the picture.
Hopefully there will be more when we can collect them from all the people who had cameras. *crosses fingers*
