I'm interested in what other people are experiencing with this particular degree of Capricorn, currently at 3 degrees. I thought it would be fun to just pick one aspect, sort of like jeopardy? (man I'm a nerd :o)

Pluto in Capricorn <span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-weight: bold">trine Mercury at 6 degrees Taurus in the 5th House.

<span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-style: italic">I was building (Capricorn) a painting canvas (5th House) and was hit by a stray nail out of a nail gun (Mercury).

Pluto is opposing my Mars is 2 Cancer - in the 5th house. I've joined the ranks of people dating online recently and have met a lot of people who think that I've signed up not to find a significant other but to have sex with everyone who wants to chat. :(

Pluto is STILL in my 4th house, squaring my Uranus (first or second house, depending on house system).

This is a new square for me. I don't know what it means yet--

It's been in my 2nd house since 2003.  Soon, it'll be conjunct my south node (and opposing my north node, of course). With the whole 4th house uranus(t)/moon opposing 10th house saturn(t)...it's been a crapfest.  Doing my best to find a way to rebuild my finances.  I'm a taurean sun and all about the second house...so it's affected my sense of self.

I checked my checking account today, saw a somewhat large number.  Almost cried when I realized it's because I got my state tax returns back.

Can't complain though.  I have a really great, solid family backing my moves.  And I'm not even close to being alone in learning how to deal with the recession.  Both sad and comforting. 

Pluto in Capricorn is being rather kind to me at the moment. I only have one planet in a cardinal sign (Pluto in Libra), so that helps. It has been conjuncting my south node and opposing my north node (Capricorn/Cancer).  I really feel myself stepping up to the plate lately and taking control of my life.  I've been cutting bad habits right and left, trying to replace a need for control with a more instinctual, nurturing attitude.  I am happy with the results.  I now have wonderful people in my life, but the last two years haven't been easy.  I'm 26 now, and near my 21st birthday Pluto moved into my seventh house.  So, I've had Pluto issues for awhile now.  I went through an emotionally abusive relationship, but managed to pick up the pieces of my life and find the man I am now married to. So, when Pluto moved into Capricorn I was more or less ready.  I hardly even noticed it.  Because as I've said, Pluto is a powerful presence in my life right now anyway.  It also trines my moon, so I'm finally working through issues that I haven't faced for years.  So there is a beneficial side to Pluto if you are willing to harness the power.  But  sometimes it takes all you've got.   But to all of you who are going through a rough time, it will make you so much stronger and happier in the long run.  I personally think Saturn in my fourth house has been more of a disaster.  I'd take psychological growth over massive delays anyday!

pluto is in my fourth house sextile my scorpio moon in the 2nd.  Ive had a wretched baby roach infestation in my house lately.  I usually never kill bugs, its not my style. i was a vegetarian for 10 years.  I usually pick up bugs and take them outside but theyre just crawling out of the wood work.  the other night I went into the kitchen late at night and saw one in the sink.  something violent came over me and I smashed it.  It was a real rush.  for the past few nights ive been getting up in the middle of the night and sneaking around the house with a wadded up paper towel.  their ranks have significantly deminished.  Ive been having an easier time coming to terms with myself as a killer.  I used to not be able to do it. But once I became paranoid that they were in my food, something cracked and I felt justified in my hunt. 

oh yeah, one sentence, i totally missed the point of that one.

Pluto has been conjunct my 1 degree cap moon for a long time now.

Cold, domineering men with sex issues have been partners.

Power struggle with my mother.

Recognition of my own part in unsatisfying relationships.  How calculated I am by nature - that was a big and surprising one!

Tentative transformation of self esteem in the light of all of the above.

I had a coworker who was very dear to me (too dear for the circumstances).Our composite´s sun at 4 Cap.

Then pluto came and everything changed: it intensified and then, i´m afraid, ended (or may I say "transformed?")No bad feelings on either side,though.Just miss him lots.Btw, transiting pluto also squared moon, conjuncted mercury and opposed jup in the composite.

My own mars is 10 capricorn, trine natal pluto.I can already feel the overdrive...

Pluto in 3rd trining my 7th house sun. I need tons and tons and tons of dental work, and will have exhausted my insurance for the year very soon. I'm pretty panicked about having to use my entire life savings to pay for it.

Mercury in Capricorn at 3 degree's natally and I've barely written anything for months . . this down from two online blogs, the occasional handwritten journal, one online fiction community (I'd been a part of for 11 years), and other assorted odds and ends. I've definitely been talking less too.

 (Merc is cnj my Sun and square Saturn and Jupiter, probably cnj my ascendent, and my moon is in virgo, so I usually talk and write A LOT) And now I'm just sittin' in the shadowy pluto corner, on my {mercury} hands trying not to be noticed.

 Lots of thoughts churning around though.

I have a 4 degree Scorpio moon and I think Pluto in Cap is so much better for me there than Sag moon was.  I feel like I've come through to the other side.  Pluto in Sag triggered my natal t-square and on this side of that experience I can see how the last decade+ has brought me where I am but I would not want to relive it for anything. 

 I'm feeling things very deeply these days but that is mostly a very positive thing.  

My kid has been pulling a lot of crap on me lately--typical kid stuff, but it seemed to me like we were in a power struggle.  Now I know why.  His Moon (Mom) is at 5 Aries.

Oh, Jenfullmoon...I hear you. That is a serious bummer. In late 2003 my partner broke his palate and lost/broke/mangled his mouth. His Mars/Mercury is conjunct in Sagittarius, Pluto hit it and he totally fell apart.

We couldn't kiss for *years* because his mouth was so traumatized. He's spent almost $25,000 fixing his teeth. You wouldn't believe how many people are just like "Pull them all out, it's cheaper" 

But it is your TEETH. Your BONES. He's never regretted spending money on his bones that might have been in savings.

He thinks that bones are their own kind of safety deposit box...he has Cap Sun/Saturn conjunct. 

Lupa - if you don't mind me asking how pluto triggered your natal t-square?  Does that mean it filled it out into a grand cross?  Or that it sat on one of the planets   in the t-square.  I am soon to have pluto cap. turn two t-squares into crosses.  Can you tell me if it just put you through the wringer in terms of what your t-square describes or if your personality and circumstances were closer to the grand cross issues?

 Let me see if I can get my chart image to post here.  During the time that Pluto was skipping back and forth across from my Gemini sun I got married and divorced for the second time, had my youngest son, my older children went to live with their dad (ages 7 and 9 - until then I had been a full time mom).  I lost most of my friends, was almost completely estranged from my family and was nearly homeless. Look at transiting Jupiter in that chart.  I think Jupiter in the sky's proximity to my Venus is what saved my ass during those years.  A couple of girl friends came through for me during my pregnancy and the birth of my son.  

Before all of that I was far too cocky and smug.  I am more compassionate and less easily shaken.  I gained perspective.  :)

Oh and I meant to say the weather is fine.  :)  A bit gray and drizzley kind of like Ireland only I'm in Atlanta and my man is in Ireland.  Waaah.
