Okay, guys, some of you seem pretty darned good at being able to explain this whole node business and now I'm intrigued.  I haven't really looked into the nodes much; I'm still learning classical astrology and adding things right now usually means they aren't fully absorbed.  I've tried piecing this together cook-book style, but I can't meld it together to make a whole to save my life.  So can y'all help me understand what my nodes mean, where/what I might want to think about?  I just came out of my first SR not horribly long ago and I feel like I may have missed the boat there.  I'd like to be prepared, grow more, be more, go do see.  Yanno?  (Plus, I just realized, Saturn is getting pretty darned close to my NN.  Dang!  *lol*)

In verbal form:

N. Node in 3rd at 27 Virgo conjunct IC (within a degree) and that Mars/Venus/Pluto beast, sextile Jupiter/ASC.

S. Node in 9th/Pisces conjunct MC, opposite M-V-Pl, trine Jupiter/ASC.

N.B. I tried posting my chart, but it didn't work.  I'm going to fiddle with it and see if I can't get it to show up.

Virgo north node? I would learn everything you can abt the virgo/pisces axis and the houses in which your nodes fall. North Node is what you should move towards. South Node is what you brought with you to this lifetime/incarnation.

Move towards your NN and you will move fwd.

Personally, I find the NN really hard to get to, really challenging, not easy at all!!!

Mine is reversed yours, mine is in Pisces. So I need to get away from my virgo tendency to worry and get with some Pisces flow--

Strawberry Fields - Thank you for posting this about the Gemini NN. I have this placement and have lately been annoyed with it due to my secretive Scorpio sun wanting to keep my secrets inward & sagittarian south node keeping me from really listening to people & having fun. babble babble fun - Gemini style!
