Did you drink caffeine a few hours before sleeping? If I do that, I don't sleep until like at 4 AM in the morning.

Not sleeping is hell - I too have a busy busy mind which is hard to shut down.

I found taking a valium half an hour before bed usually did the trick, relaxing me just enough to get to sleep - much better than sleeping pills which made me feel in the morning like I'd been coshed over the head.

I was working and playing hard and it was essential for me to get my sleep. I've always had a poblem getting to sleep - it doesn't matter now as I can get up when I like

@Caroline - Yeah me too!! Had a terrible long night, so happy it is daytime now.

Headaches usually are the cause why I can't sleep (or wake up in middle of the night).

Glad we have Lazyboy Recliner and Internet service.... otherwise I'd be really screwed!! ((dunno why my headaches always involves neck strains , but reclining always helps me get back to a restfull sleep)).

i took valerian last night to ensure a good nights rest...

My mind is just working overtime in the fog, I think.

 have  a really  bad  cold    and  also  trouble  getting  sleep ,  and  being  a pisces  sleep  is  my  drug !  so  not  happy     I feel  for  ya   girl !

someone in my dept. quit in December so I've been having to do double the work, basically...this week has been so busy and I AM DYING... I need sleep so bad yet it is 12:20 am and I just finished doing some stuff for work and now I gotta go do the dishes, do laundry,etc and be up at 6:30 am for work.  I hope I make it LOL... my mind feels wayyyyyyyy offffff

I do need some rest, I'd call out and take a rest day but then I'd be screwed more than I already am.  The person I hired starts on March 5th but I have to train them on a few systems, so I am still 2 weeks away, at least, from not having to work a few hours after I get home.
