Does enyone have the aspect, or know how that might be like?

My best friend has it, my very first love has it as well.

They both like to eat a lot, but I cannot quite figure out what other caracter does the aspect give.

I also think Mars conjunct neptune can mean addiction to alcohol or drugs.

Mars is action and Neptune (associated with Pisces) can mean addiction to anything, including food. Or even addiction to sex.

I know a guy with Mars Neptune and he's already been to jail for drunk driving. Alcoholism runs in the family- his dad has drunk himself into a nursing home at a relatively early age. The son seems to be improving, thank goodness, but an astrologer told his mom he was likely to go to jail in his life. I always wondered how she knew because he didn't seem to have anything that stood out for violence or 12th house. I guess it was the booze. Or the Pluto rising.

I guess the people I know had much more luck in their life.

But since they are both  scorpios (one was born 3 days after the other), I could say that they do not show much  sexual vibration.

My friend doesn't even like to talk about sex.

I'm wondering if neptun mars can also  transcend sex...?
