In checking requirements to get a marriage license I found out you have to provide dates of your divorce(s). You don't need proof but you do need to swear the information is correct so I had to go digging up ghosts today. Ugh

    Anyone else have stories?

Boyfriend's ex-wife emailed him shortly after Rx started.  I don't have any exes coming back yet... I can't get them to go away.

    Ugh on digging up ghosts!

I'm involved with a new man, who I have known for years...recently heard someone say in passing (regarding him and I) "well that was in the works for years" and my eyes just about bugged out of my head, considering I was essentially married and faithful for the past 8 years. It made me feel horrid, I interpreted it as someone discounting my relationship with my ex...but I guess they just saw some chemistry with my friend and I that I was oblivious to.

kash....happy to hear about new man!!  from an objective outsider's view, i could see that comment as actually a compliment?  but if not, just shake it off....you've got better things to think about....and after being faithful for....8 years, please.....

enjoy! ... is this the scorpio you mentioned??  ...   scorp and taurus usually is quite fated match

I miss a guy. And I have to make a decision about the relationship. Which is scary because I've always believed All Relationships are Hard.

...that's too personal a comment to be helpful in any way, shape, or form to others, but it's definately Libra Mercury retrograde.

    (he's a Libra, btw)

well, romantic relationships are hard...even when they are fabulous...I think all relationships have work, but that's my Capricorn Moon square Venus talkin'...

thanks lindsey, yes it is the double scorpio man...also has a stellium in Leo that is conjunct my 8th House Saturn!

For the life of me I can't get away from Scorpio Moons or Sun/Saturn business, oh well, built for it I guess--

Let's see...I guess this relates.I bumped into a (formerly close) Libra girlfriend of mine last night after not really being in contact with her for  a little while. She was with a Leo girlfriend and I was with my (Virgo) guy.Had to pull away after her true nature was revealed. (she's  recently single and we used to talk about relationships all the time and we swore we would be the biggest advocates if the other person found what they were looking for but when it happened to me first, she just couldn't bring herself to support me...)Her venus is in Leo.Last night, she spoke as if we were still single...my man's scorpio moon was NOT happy about that.

Been emailing with a guy I knocked back last year when he was really interested in me, only just realised this started at Mercury wretch. Help!  I've arranged to see him this weekend. Oh dear.

Yep, Kashmiri, it's pretty scary. But with your Saturn influence, maybe you are building something that will last?

And the soldier needs his divorce info too.. "look in my file thing, see if there is  something that says, divorce," he said. I found the folder right away, the papers clipped in there and something else... his marriage certificate.

Turns out he got married damned near on my birthday but since he married just a few weeks after we broke up, I now know when we broke up... Ugh.

LOL I didn't phrase my pizza post very well. My husband, who is 500 miles away, called the pizza place in our town & had them deliver me a pizza. I thought that was sweet.

Elsa, you've written about how you have to have things sit there for a while before you encounter them, looking at that folder & license must have smarted. :(

Jilly, that was very sweet. :)

On the marriage certificate, I have been bumping into stuff like that all day so it was more of the same. I hate getting in his stuff... he constantly sends me into it. I remember arguing for DAYS because I did not want to know his password to things and he just insisted until I relented It's 4 years later and I still don't like it

No, no exes popping up unexpectedly, unless you count dreams of guys I knew a decade ago.  Still mulling over sending that box of crap back to my most recent ex, though, so maybe I'll be the unpleasant pop-up ad in his Merc retch.  *very small laugh*

my son's best friend's father and brother were driving through an intersection near their home early saturday morning when a motorcycle going over 130, 100 miles over the speed limit, ran a stop sign and plowed into the side of their truck.

the cyclist (23) was killed.  he had been convicted with eluding the police in high speed chases.  and had been drinking.

the father had just started to get better from a work-related back injury/physical therapy, was just about to go back to work.  they had dropped insurance to liability as they could barely afford food.  now he's re-injured, he and his son traumatized by killing someone, seeing them die, their truck is gone, and he can't go back to work as planned.

OH, and the news article in the paper has dozens of comments by the cyclist's young friends high fiving each other over what a great "dude" he was.

I'm grateful for my own set of problems at this moment.
