I checked in Sirius to see the data source, and apparently Basil Fearington, an astrologer and musician was told by Michael that he was born 'sometime after 10:30'.  Basil rectified the chart based upon what he was told by Michael.  His data is given the accuracy rating of 'B', which is accorded to biography.  "A" class data would be from an official birth record, however none is available at this time."

Steven Stuckey recently wrote that Chakrapani Ullal obtained a time of 7:33PM from Jackson himself. Therefore, in addition to the several other timesthat you might see, we have at least two different times that Jackson gaveto astrologers.

I liked the chart you posted for him a week ago, he had Gemini Rising and an Aquarius MC - although the birth time on that is nowhere near the times that were cited by Michael himself (according to the above).

Would be nice to see a birth record.
