Moon nodes form grand cross in synastry charts

My friend and I have a grand cross pattern formed to the exact minute in the cardinal signs between our moon nodes. Does this mean anything?

I think my husband and I have this? His NN is 29 Cap and mine is 28 Aries.

I don't think you can do grand crosses, kites, etc with points such as the nodes. Just bodies. But I'm not an expert.

As far as the meaning, I don't know really. The Nodes do other stuff in our charts so I can't tell (my SN/Sun/Mc conjuncts his Sun/Neptune/Saturn).
