I was looking at people's charts and I noticed that I'm particularly drawn to certain types of astrological combinations:

1) I'm drawn to Pisces people: may it be double Pisces, Pisces mercury, Pisces sun and/or moon, and venus in Pisces. A whole lot of Pisces. Even my Mom is a Pisces!

2) I noticed that I tend to be drawn to people who have suns and ascendants in the same sign. I also have a "double" (Aries)

3) Leo Ascendants.

4) Leo Moons. My partner is one and so is a very good friend of mine.  

Your turn. What are the common aspects/planets/signs of your friends?  

I have TONS of Scorpio and Capricorn friends. And I don't know why!

Starting with my Leo father, every man I have been serious with has had Leo either Sun, Moon or rising -  I do have a Leo stellium (Mars, Saturn, Pluto) in my fourth house.......

..all my close friends exept one have either libra or scorpio moons...and the exeptetion has leo sun /aries moon while I have the opposite...no pattern in asc ...or sun signs

Noticed also that all of my  love interests have had cap moons...weird 

Scorpio suns and moons. Pisces, Capricorn and Virgo. Aquarius and Sadge although these seem to pass through in about 6 months. Also Gemini and Cancer and SURROUNDED by Taurus, I figure because I'm so flaky.

Leos and Scorpios -women. With men it varies.  My ex told me that every woman he'd ever been involved with had a Scorpio moon.

I did that recently: went through the charts of all the important people in my life and found that great majority have earth moons (like me).

Have also noticed people cluster around the same birthdays - like it's not the sign I'm magnetic to, it's a particular degree. Two hotspors are quite close to my nodal axis (within 5/6 degrees), but also making a closer trine/sextile to venus. Third hotspot is square my nodes.

So I'm basically drawn to fixed sun signs (who isn't?) with earth moons, Pisces and Cap crop up with a lot. Actually, it's prob just sagittarius that's noticeably missing from my life!

Scorpio moons, and Sagg moons, Lots of Aries sun and moon, Gemini, and Aquarius. Leo sun  and moon.

 I was wondering just the other day why so many of my best friends are Aries. I'm a cancer sun, taurus rising, virgo moon. Why so many Aries? I have mars/merc in leo.. is that it?

I am also becoming close friends with people with very concentrated charts lately,

a double Aries: rising and sun. Quadruple Aqua: sun, rising, venus and mercury, and a Quadruple Gemini: sun, rising, venus and mecury.

 I have extreme friends, (smile)

Everybody seems to have either a touch of virgo or taurus  in there too. 

Gemini (several with ASC, multiple Suns, but no Gemini Moons..?)--my chart ruler is in Gemini

Scorpio, PIsces, and Capricorn Moons. I figure the Scorpio Moons like me because I'm not weirded out by the dark side, Pisces Moons because I'm good at taking subtle cues (in person anyway) and Capricorn Moons, because--I am one and thus understand Caps need for privacy

As for non-close friends, well they are everything--Uranus 11th House/MC conjunction.

The only trends I've noticed are Gem suns (that usually completes a grand trine in air) and Scorp risings.  LOTS of Scorp risings.  Unfortunately I don't have birth times on a lot of my peeps and I can't rectify a chart to save my soul, so I may never know risings and moons for certain.  Oh, well....

I used to be surrounded by Libras.  Everywhere I looked, Libra, Libra, Libra.  Most of them defected, though.  Heh... My Pluto in Libra ass apparently became the collective dumping ground.  Whatev.  *tings halo* 

Edited to add: I forgot to mention I have an affinity for horses, if you do the Chinese thing.  Almost everyone I know is a horse, with the runner-up being dragon.

 I noticed that when my prog moon was in Sag, Sags were everywhere!  My boyfriend at the time had Venus and Mars in Sag, and all of his friends (and there were a lot of 'em!) were Sags.  Very outdoorsdy natural athletic people.  None of the women in his group wore makeup either.  It was quite fascinating, and very different for me.  Then, prog moon hit Cap and I left all of those people behind.   

I've always been attracted to Geminis - my 11th cusp, and Aquarians - my 7th cusp.  Recently, its been Virgos.  I've never ever had Virgos in my life until this past year or two.  Now they are everywhere.  Nothing natal there, but maybe it was just Saturn in Virgo doing its thing.    Oh wait, i have Solar Arc moon at 8 virgo, and come to think of it, the people I've been meeting are all early Virgos....5 - 8 virgo.  My new gal pal friend (of one year)  is a 6 degree pisces, and everyone in her life is an early Virgo, so she's been saying the same thing.   They are everywhere.  Hmmm..so I'm attracting a new polarity.  Obviously something to learn from these Virgos/Pisces. 

Very often Pisces people appear in my life and keep showing up in random places until I acknowledge that there is something weird happening. I know this one girl because she is a customer at my coffee shop.  Last week I ran into her at three different places.  The third time I said "hey, whens your birthday, February, March?"  She said completely unsurprised "March, I'm a Pisces." I was all "Yeah, yeah, yeah."  They just show up and swim around me and neither of us knows why exactly.

I've always had a right hand Gemini or Cancer (usually a mix, like a very Cancery Gem or a Gemi Cancer.)

And the Scorpio boys, oh the list is long.  Mmmmmnnnnn.

Aries- I don't meet them often, but when I do THEY LOVE ME!

Taurus- They're scared of me.

Gemini- I either hate of love them!

Cancer- Great combo!

Leo- Great

Virgo- Good. But I have to sharpen up on my manners.

Libra- Great

Scorpio- LOTS AND LOTS!

Sagittarius- I don't meet them alot, but WE LOVE EACH OTHER!

Caps- LOTS AND LOTS! My best friend is a Capricorn.

Aquarius- Great. All that met me have loved me.

Pisces- Good, but I have to learn some limits and go slow.

I've noticed absolutely no trend in the charts of the people that gravitate toward me or I toward them. :/

Toni: Heheh... Awww you love us Arieses yay! I often feel that Aries (along with Scorpio) gets a bad rap in the zodiac. When people find out I'm an aries they react like, "Oh...." and take a step back. (LOL! Yes I actually have a violent temper that gets kept in check - despite the Uranus/Mars square). And when they find that I LOVE Scorpios, some people cringe at me... "Why???" lol!

luci: WOW!!! Pisces/Leo/Leo? You're like... my dream come true! LOL! When I was younger, I didn't get along with Leos at all, but after I have passed my teenage years, I started meeting and becoming good friends with a lot of leos. One of my best friends is a DOUBLE LEO even! Wow!

notatirem: Scorpio boys are mmm indeed. There is something about them that draws me, although I'm not as "magnetized" to them as I am with Pisces. The weird thing is, though that I have only had very good, stable relationships with Scorpios... Pisces is another story -_- Although Pisces women are great - they become friends for life :)

You all mentioned Gemini. I realized I have a Gemini thing too. My 3rd house in Gemini is empty. Many of my close friends have Gemini suns or are double Gemini. One of my brothers has a Gemini moon (Sag sun, ascendant unknown).

For former roommates, I've been able to get along with Sagittarius. I used to live with my brother and I had another roommate when I first moved here that I had a great friendship with. Cancers drive me off the wall - even though I'm a cancer moon. (One control freak vs another control freak... haha!)

Another common relationship I've had is virgo. I never dated a virgo and I found that while initially, I have found Virgo men attractive, it never goes to the point where I want a relationship with them. Virgo is the sign in which I often have a love and hate relationship with. They drive me off the wall yet at the same time, they never drive me off the wall to the point where I can't stand them. Most of them are people I highly care about and respect - they just push my buttons at times :P 

Another sign is Taurus. I have Venus in Taurus so naturally, I've had long lasting (yet not exactly intense) relationships with Taurean folk. I don't think I could ever tell you when I have NOT gotten along with a Taurus. However, I have not ever been in a relationship with a Taurus either. I guess I'm stuck to only Water and Air signs ;)

We friggin' rock! :D I love Aries too. Almost every Aries person I've met, I've gotten along with :)

I tend to run with airy types and Scorpios, which I realize sounds odd on paper but that is just how it is. Aquarians, Geminis, and Libras, with watery Mars and mutable moons -- I personally have a Scorpio Mars (as do at least two of my friends). Taureans and I get along very well -- people whose birthdays are May 11th keep appearing in my life.

Leos like me and I like them (I'm a Leo) but we don't seem to form lasting bonds. And I adore Sagittarians and Aries but I never seem to meet very many. I think I'm a bit too weird for them (Aquarius rising).

I have distinctive pattern with friends my whole life. They are all Scorpios and Sagittarians.  In fact, my two best friends are double (Sun and Asc) Scoripo and Sag. I'm also drawn to people with same Sun and Moon.  Scorpio moon is everywhere around me. I guess we recognize each other.

My chart is all water and air and I'm friends with water and fire. Strangly I have very strong 3rd house (Venus/Merc. in Aquarius) but I just don't go well with air types. I don't have earth in my chart and I never had a friend with sun in earth sign. it's like we're from different planets. With Scorpios I'm on the same page all the time, having Scorpio rising. And I think I'm drawn to Sags because of Jupiter. I'm Pisces Sun.

Piya: Too weird for Aries? You kidding me? Then again, I have Uranus trining my Sun (in Aries) and my Moon (in Cancer).. I am all about the weird! :)

Aries and Cancer suns for me.  I find Cancer suns obliging my whims and wishes (Venus in Cancer here).  But its the presence of Aries that really gets me started - like the ignition spark to my engine, and that's about it.  What keeps me going are earth suns, now that makes a trine with my cappy moon.
