Just had a minor debate at work about behavior that seems outwardly like teamwork but actually serves to undermine the integrity of business processes -- essentially, people doing other people's work to "be nice," give-a-man-a-fish type of stuff that confuses lines of responsibility so that nobody can know who is really accountable for anything. My reaction was so strong, I decided to take a look at what was going on in the sky.
Well, the Moon -- a good indicator of fleeting reactions -- was at 14 Leo, and my chart is notably empty of planets at the 14th degree. The closest possibility was an opposition with natal Mercury that was exact hours before. Not convincing. So, I looked at the minor asteroids in the chart.
And there sits Pallas, governess of political and strategic thinking, at 14 degrees of outspoken Sagittarius in my 7th House of contractual relationships. Moon trines Pallas, and the sudden desire (Moon) to champion (Leo) big-picture interpersonal strategy (Pallas in 7th) over misplaced niceness makes perfect sense.
I'll be paying closer attention to this goddess in the future.
