Okay, this is my third time since Easter trying to share this with you guys.  Everytime I write a looong post and then I do something stupid like put a dash in the title and my post gets wiped out, lol!  Let me try again.

This Easter, while my hubby was overseas, me and my kids went with my mom and dad back home to Arizona to visit my grandma.  But let me give you a little back story. 

When I was a kid, an army brat, my mom would take me and her back home to AZ to stay with my grandma and grandpa whenever my dad would go TDY (temp duty) to a foreign country.  One house that they lived in when I was a child haunts me to this day.  Everytime we stayed there I'd feel sick for the duration of the stay, I'd have nightmares and nightsweats every night, I was terrified of this house.  Once, my mom came running out of the bathroom with her pants at her ankles because the toilet paper unrolled itself as she watched in shock.  The most traumatizing thing for me was one night I went to bed and in my half asleep/half awake mode, the window right by the bed shattered all over me.  My grandpa tried all night to find the source of the window breaking, but with no luck; the weather was fine, no one lived behind us (there was only a creek back there), and he found no rocks or anything that could've been thrown at it. 

As an adult, this house has given me nightmares at least once every few months or so.  So everytime I visit AZ, I'll usually take a drive to that house and just pass by it for the heck of it.  Well, now my grandma rents a house on that same street, and the old house is empty and had a "For Rent" sign on it.  So I got my camera and brought my brother with me to walk down to the house to look inside the windows since it was empty.  I thought it might give me some closure or something to get just a little glimpse of the inside.  So we went and looked in the windows, I took a few pics of the outside while telling my brother all of the creepy experiences I had there (he wasn't born yet).  I then said "Wouldn't that be crazy if the door is unlocked?"  So I checked, and it was!!!  We went in the inside and it was like therapy, felt kinda full-circlish.  We walked back to my grandmas and examined all of the pics I took.  This one here is the last one I took of the outside, and the one below is me in the inside.  Look above the "For Rent" sign, what do you see? 

What are your ideas about the paranormal?

What in a chart signifies an interest in this, or a tendency to experience these kinds of things?  Because when I lived in Germany as a kid, I saw a dark figure of a man in my doorway one night.  I feel like this stuff follows me.  I Pluto in the 12th, I don't know if that has anything to do with it.

I have had similar experiences. Chart ruler in 8th conjunct pluto. mars is in the 12th.

I see a shadow man above the sign. Creepy!

I can see a "fog man" too! LOL

I saw a ghost once. He was luminious. 

Interesting. I've never had these kinds of things happen although I believe they do happen. I often wonder if entities choose particular people or if it's a random thing--

On the other hand, I do feel "close" to the other side -- meaning that I don't feel a big separation between this side and the other side. And one time a "healer" once told me that I didn't "come down all the way" -- Hmmm!

Anyway, I'm interested what people think is in the chart that shows this .... Just reread what shell wrote and that she has pluto in 12th. I read that and a light went off for me. Can't explain it, but makes total sense for some reason. My pluto is in the 1st. So maybe I haunt people -- instead of getting haunted

I feel that there are a lot of things we, as a species, have yet to learn and understand. The paranormal is then simply beyond our current knowledge and beyond our ability to discern and quantify. That's my scientific viewpoint of it at least. At the same time I firmly believe (due to personal experiences) that a lot of the paranormal events that happen are likely real entities or energies and the like. It's a shame that a lot of paranormal investigation is considered a sham by scientific communities and I really hope in the near future that changes.

Astrologically I have no idea what signifies interest in these things. I have Neptune in the 12th near the ascendant and this stuff has interested me since I was a kid.

I always seem to have "weird" things happen to me. Things falling, toys going off in the middle of the night, being touched.  It doesn't really bother me it kinda gives me reassurance that there is a hereafter, and there is soooo much more that we don't know.  I have my Sun in the 12th  house.  I see a figure looking out from behind the sign, saying "stay out".

miss...haha, my husband actually thinks the opposite, that it unlocked the door so I could come in. =)

If I saw the toilet paper unrolling itself, it would be a good thing I was actually on the toilet haha.

I've had experiences with certain places with a weird vibe as well... This is all scary! 

There's an orb on the fence in the first picture as well. 

I see the top of a head over the rent sign and another face over to the right of that and also an energy orb down by the fence.

In the other photo I can see a full figure peeking around the corner from the back hallway and what appears to be a large stain in the hallway.  I see a beautiful woman standing front & center, looking not at all spooked by her surroundings! 

Those are some weird photos - I tried to copy them to look at them even closer on my computer and try manipulating them thru the spectrum of colors to see what might show up & they made things go really wonky on my system and I could not get them to open.

I am interested in this type of thing.

My Pluto in Virgo in House 10.  My Neptune in Scorpio in House 12 conjunct my Ascendant in Scorpio.   Pluto quintile Ascendant.

Dreams, I had a feeling there was something peeking from that hallway too but I don't really get a visual of it. I can see the second face in the window though especially if I enlarge the pic.

Shell it has definitely got a creep factor.  And you definitely seemed completely confident.  

I am certain you wouldn't have gotten in if they didn't want you in.  I've been locked out of a house by ghosts before.  :)

12th house Neptune.  I believe that they're here with us all the time but most of us just are not aware of it.  Certain ones (especially children) have that awareness, like you shell.  Jilly, LOL, I was thinking sorta the same thing:  that's a good place to be if you witness something like that! 

About the pics:  I've always wondered, if they're here with us all the time but only certain ones can see them, how is it they sometimes get 'caught' on film and then everyone can see them? 

Peppermint I would assume (just an uneducated guess here) that like each person has a heat/aura/energy that each entity might exhibit same.  I've seen some pictures these days where certain people are just faded right out of the picture even though they are fully as present as other folks there.  I think they just have weaker energy systems somehow or are getting ready to pass from this plane.  So, to me, a paranormal entity that has a strong force/will would show up.  Just a theory.

I didn't feel spooked...not like I did when I was a kid.  That second pic of me in the kitchen, I didn't see anything in it, I just wanted you guys to see me in the inside, lol...but it's funny that you feel something lurking behind the corner because even though I never saw anything in that pic, it creeped me out when I looked at it.

I'm thinking you were very protected during this visit and that's why you didn't feel spooked until later looking at the pics. 

Okay looked at this one at 800% in Microsoft Office Picture Manager - there is a full person looks to be about 6 inches to a foot shorter than you on the right hand of the photo (your left)  and a large face on the left hand side of photo (your right).

And I swear in every variation of this one that I went thru in various shades of brighness, color saturation, etc. -- that orb at the elbow? it has a smiley face on it - your good vibration angel Shell??

Very cool Shell! I think it is also very brave to face down the childhood fears. I noticed the orbs right away too, and can see a shadowy figure peering around from the left side of the window above the rent sign.

I saw a ghost as a child. It scared the hell out of me because I thought it was a real person crossing the highway in front of us, and my mother who was driving of course didn't see it, and I thought we were going to hit him. That was what scared the hell out of me.

I also have a very fined tuned thing about places.. as in cities or towns. It is so acute that I could never live in a place that had weird vibes for me. I mentioned a small place about a half hour north to a friend once.. it has a beautiful small lake and the highway curves around it. I said to Anne, my bud, it is such a pretty place but there is something so weird and it feels crappy here. She said you are so right, she told me she lived there as a child and her parents owned a convenience store. She sworn the negativity of the place and the people was what caused her mother's cancer. She said it is a bad place and she was so happy when they moved away.

I agree with the others.. I think 12th house planets soften the veil a bit allowing these things to come through a bit more.

12th house pluto definitely - I have the same.  When I was younger I was fascinated by the paranormal and used to experience a lot of these kind of things - as I got older I went onto a spiritual path which has caused a kind of upgrading of the phenomena, so that I now experience the proximity of much higher entities which I know protect me from this lower stuff.  I think anything in the 12th gives an openness to 'other' realms.  However my moon/neptune conjunction means I don't even want to open these photos....Often ghosts are people who don't know they are dead, or who don't want to leave the place they are so strongly connected to - if you speak kindly to them and explain to them that they are dead and that it is time for them to move on, maybe write a prayer for them, it is sometimes all they need for release.

I was wondering Shell, did you take pictures of your brother there?  ...and if so, wondering if the entities could be seen in his pics!

I saw a ghost when a kid, it looked just like my little sister. Used to have lots of things happen in that house which were out of the norm.

I woke up this morning thinking about this shell...the rolling toilet paper?  It was them playing a joke on your Mom.  They thought it was funny as heck.  Were you able to pick out the people on either side of you on the stoop?  The one on your left side looks to be a youngish tweenager size.

in my flat we are used to disruptive energy, but that I think is more something that hangs in the walls ect because of previous arguments ect...we have lived with this for 10 years and gotten used to it...

Now this lady , I noticed her a couple of days ago, ...I have thought so much about where she might come from...no body has ever died in this flat ...so where is she from..

I have not bought any used goods in ages...but today my mom reminds me that I brought home some pieces of gravestone a couple off weeks back...I did not think it was used gravestone ...but if it is I can imagine that is the problem.

..does anyone know if getting rid off gravestone will rid us off this lady too?

...I dont want to seem uncaring...but I dont want her here....one night...I slept very well, good dreams ect, but I am thisty so I wake up, and feel she is sitting on top of my legs/back paralysing me from the breast down, I reach for the light in front of me, but it does not work...and I know I had not pulled the plug...I look down and the light indicator on the extender plug and it is also off...something I never turn off...I panic, but a couple sec later , she lets go and I try the lights again and they work..

Also she is playing with out electronic equipment...turning on the water boiler, messing with my laptop, mp3 player...the heater...

Anyone who knows how I can throw her out in the nicest possible way??

Where did you get the gravestone from?

If it is a woman, just talk to her.  Tell her to get out of your place, that it's YOUR place and she's disrupting it.

Hopefully it's nothing malicious, or else doing the above usually makes it worse! lol

Talking to ghosts is as easy as sitting quietly and thinking.  Sit quietly and ask her what she needs of you.  Try to be gentle with her as she may be afraid or confused herself.  You can speak out loud to her or just in your head.  Imagine what her responses are and assume those ideas are coming from her.  It is all about trusting your intuition.  Don't be attached to what is real/not real.  I think even when we muck up the details, ghosts get our intent.  If what you think she wants of you is not possible, try to help point her in the direction of spirit guides who can help her.  Imagine a specific archetype like the Virgin Mary or another saint or god/goddess image and bring them to her in  your mind.  

What is real vs imagined doesn't matter.  The goal is to find peace around this within yourself.  Magic is all about pretending or suspending your disbelief.  That isn't to say that I don't believe ghosts are real.  Just don't try to convince your mind because this sort of thing doesn't translate well to our logical selves so don't bother trying to prove anything.   

Coming back to add - If you had an unwelcome living guest in your home you would ask them to leave before you got ugly and pulled out weapons.  Before you resort to any sort of excorcism, you should try just politely finding out how she came to be there and letting her know that her presence is freaking you out.  

Shell, I think this is really interesting.  I've always been interested in paranormal, and always chalked it up to either Mercury-Pluto or Moon in 12th.  Keep us posted.

Let me share this crazy story:

I went to an old local cemetery to get a picture for a photo contest.  I was wearing a solid sterling silver necklace with a toggle clasp.  This thing has never come open in the many years I've had it.  Guess what?  It did in this place.  I didn't even notice the thing was open until I got home.

It could have been a fluke, it could have been paranormal...I'm not sure.  It was weird, that's for certain.

I'm interested in the paranormal too, though apparently I'm not very sensitive to it- I was at an old church with two friends. Both of them started backing away suddenly and yelling that there was a ghost. I didn't see anything though it was dark.

Looking at the pictures- sorry, but I can't make anything out, except for those orbs. (Which sometimes turn out to be dust specks.) I will say that the picture of you in the kitchen gives me the creeps. Not you! You're fine, but the kitchen doesn't look right to me for some reason.

The gravestone , I got it outside of a company that produces gravestones , so thats why I did not think it was used , thay where using it to fill up under what was going to become a parkinglot...small pisces of shiny red and gray stone ...I had to steal some...:/
