We say that people get what they put into life, or that's what we say to draw lines in our lives, but how do we account for the people who seem to coast or those who are terrible but do well?

I've heard theories from the person having done good in a past life, or that the person won't meet their due until later, or that they simply have very caring people in their lives that counteract their behavior...

Because I see plenty of people working hard around the third-world parts here but life is still hell. And Saturn is in Libra, Pluto in Cap, and the increasingly terrible governments and corporations are making mega-bucks over here these days. Although life is getting better for many, so perhaps their work is paying off...

So right now I don't know. Venus is in range of pluto and my stomach is queasy.

I dunno - all I can say is that I try not to concern myself with other people's karma.  I do believe very much in the concept though and have seen it in action firsthand in both positive & negative expressions.

I myself was recently the recipient of some positive karma from something I did for someone some time back.  The person I did the kindness for doesn't know it because I kept what I did for them a secret, but that same person about a year later unknowingly "paid me back" and wound up doing something kind for me. 

The astology was even more interesting - Tr. Pisces Venus trine natal Cancer Venus.  I knew it was karma in action when it happened.  I gave a gift to this person in the past, I got a karmic gift from them back in return without them ever knowing what I had done.  Little things like that let me know the Universe is indeed paying attention to what I do.

Yes. It comes around soon enough. Sooner than you think.

I certainly think that what you sow, you reap. 

Occassionally, I've been in a position to observe someone who sowed a few bad seeds in my direction (or someone else who I know), reap their bad harvest.  While I do not want to "delight" in it, it does give me some satisfaction that what they put out came back to them and that I had nothing to do with it.

I agree with Alethea--I am unsure of the answer and also don't concern myself with another person's karma. If I did, I'd be fooling myself. Saying that, I'm really interested in examining the consequences of my own behaviour,and pondering what it could possibly mean in the context of my own karmic life.

The thing is. Sometimes we think someone hasn't done any wrong in their life, but they have. You also have to take into account misunderstandings. Sometimes we think someone did something wrong, but it's possible they didn't. And if karma does come back to them, some people keep it a secret.

I  must not know but isnt venus now in Aries? so how is it in pluto, when pluto is in capricorn? I am not getting the language here or the meaning. How is venus in range of pluto, as a square? Do you really blame that for the bad behavior of people, becase I see alot of bad stuff before this transit, out of people. What about our own personal planets, I have venus in libra and perhaps right now I should be thinking about others more, with venus in aries for karma to come back to me later (or just to be nice!) I would love to hear more about a good time to give for karma to come back, as I have been giving and doing the right thing, will anyone ever notice?

Rosie, I think starkttn meant that Venus and Pluto are making an aspect (square) not that they are conjunct, because they obviously aren't.

Also, I think that if you have Venus in Libra and all you have been doing so far is giving, maybe Venus in Aries is teaching you to concentrate on yourself more.

 I think that what goes around comes around.I may be slow to come but it will, eventually.

I think it could take eons but I believe 100% that it does eventually occur.

In India the concept of karma is that you get a portion of whats stored up to have to work out in a given lifetime. Most everyone is like an insulated wire. When a wire is insulated, you can touch it and not get electrocuted. Likewise theres a kind of insulation between us and the immediate results of all our actions. Sometimes though, even that isnt enough to prevent us from getting the shock of an instant bit of karma. But generally it can take even lifetimes for some bit of karma to come back around. 

If the soul starts waking up spiritually, and the kundalini gets aroused, making the third eye active and so on, karma starts being worked out a lot faster. Its like the insulation around that wire burns away. Then your shit comes back to you thick and fast, as well as the roses. Everything that happens in physical reality is seen as the reflection of your inner reality. Then its all instant karma. Thats also what allows you to 'get' what karma really is and ultimately how to be beyond all of it.

For someone I dislike and wronged me I see karma coming at him currently.

He's gotten into 2 car accidents and has been fired from his job.

Now don't get me wrong I don't want him to die or cheer over his misfortunes, I just want him to learn a little lesson that's all. 

The 'thing' he did to wrong me was in July of 2010 and now it's February of 2012, so that's a year and 7 months.
