So, what is it when the tr. sun conjuncts your natal moon.

That post was so freaking exciting to me, mostly because I discovered that NYE/New Year's Day is my personal New Moon, coolness!

t.Sun conjunct natal Moon = Personal New Moon.

Hm. I dunno...never thought of it before...makes sense, though. Dane Rudhyar has written a lot about the relationship between 2 planets; the conjunction is the starting point.

Perhaps the nature of the beginning is reflected in which planet is transiting, and it's natal placement.

if you want to view them separately you could say personal new moon for your ego body with transiting Moon conjuncting Sun... for your emotional body, transiting Sun conjuncting natal Moon.  :)

I have a question concerning personal New Moons.

New Moons are new beginnings so a great time to wish upon your desires.  If a New Moon conjunct your natal Sun (i.e. New Moon on your birthday), would that raise the potency of the wishing energy?  My experience is no, but I wonder if anyone could share their own experience here?  I feel having the New Moon on your Sun is basically like having 2 Suns and a Moon so the 2 Suns cancel each other out?!  It's not like having just the transiting Moon and your natal Sun.......

Any feedback much appreciated:-)
