Pisces Appreciation!
posted 6 months ago in General
I often have a hard time accepting my Fishy side, and 7th house Pisces Sun square Neptune sure doesn't help...
Does anyone on here have stories about how a Pisces or Neptunian has made them feel especially good about themselves and/or loved?
Any examples of Piscean/Neptunian magic or romance in a relationship, without disastrous results? Can that even happen? Huh, can it? ![]()
Let's hear about it!
Aw I'm totally biased! I have so much love for Pisces and have some of my own too.
I've got 12H Sun with 2nd house Pisces Moon, plus my Neptune is conjunct Mercury & Jupiter.
Husband and I both have 2nd house Piscean Moons. He's just flat out the most involved, caring, sensitive dad out there. Last night I wasn't feeling well and went to bed early. I was laying in bed and could hear him in the next room reading Amelia Bedelia to Drama King and he couldn't make it more than a few sentences without laughing. It was so cute.
My brother has Scorpio Sun, Virgo Moon, and Pisces Asc. It's so cool to see how it plays out in his personality because he's a tough guy, he works hard, he's covered in tattoos and plays in a band, and yet he'll call me up out of no where because he wants to talk to his nephews (one of which is only 1 and can't even talk yet).
Also, as far as Piscean/Neptune influences without diastrous effects- YES!
My Neptune is exactly conjunct his Sun, and we also have our Neptunes conjunct each other. We've got the whole voodoo ESP woo woo stuff going on. We don't even need to talk most of the time to know what the other person means.
I love Pisces energy. Every time I talk to a Pisces Sun, Moon or Rising we always have the same likes and just get along. We understand each others art. Everything we do is art. Everytime I talk to a Pisces they get me straight away, especially when feelings are involved.
Okay the secret about Pisces v's Pisces, they have known to send out signals and the other has known to hear it too. True fact. Well with me any ways.
@ sunnysadge: One of my closest friends growing up was a Sag Sun/Merc/Mars conjunct Neptune... We had amazing, colourful "mind-flows" of conversation that lasted for hours, and I'd never clicked like that with anyone before. Great stuff!
My husband has a Pisces Moon and I have a stellium in Pisces trine my Neptune... we've been happily married for almost 11 years. I can also attest to the communicating without words that has been mentioned... especially sensing the 'mood' of the other and responding in just the right way- we intuitively lift each other up.
Annalisa (Pisces), Sunny (Pisces Moon), Luci (Pisces Sun) and Jocelyn (Pisces Moon) make me feel better all the time.
ETA: CArRiE in that (as I didn't realize she had a Pisces Stellium) and anyone else I've forgotten (hello, I do have a pisces moon..) AND SATORI :) And, Ox who has a 1st house Neptune conj Asc..lol
Lordy..it's a mutual vibe. That's for sure
@Snuffy, I have Sag Sun, Merc, Uranus & Neptune (she is in the 12th house). We're great Craic (Irish for fun).
I love you too Josi.
There is something about us Pisces energy peeps. We are awkward, but lovable.
I have a beloved Pisces friend who is more a sister to me than my own sisters. We have been besties for almost 30 years. She knows me inside out and vice versa, and she is the one person (besides my children) on this planet that I trust with my life, literally. She is sweet, patient, kind, understanding, forgiving & compassionate. I have seen her give away her last dollar, many times. She has a very sweet and childlike sense of humor. She's honest and wise. Stern when she needs to be. And even after all this time, she's a very interesting person to talk to, as she is always educating herself and learning about something new. She stands up for her people. I have the utmost respect for her.
@Snuffy, yes sometimes we do forget the lovable part, but once you embrace your Pisces, everything seems to fit together, you feel more whole, lovable and calm. The world just seems calm.
Remember this, some of the greatest minds, writers and singers have strong Pisces influences.
ETA: You often hear Pisces as refered to people with "true souls" or "Soulful".
@ sunnysadge: Thankfully, there are those moments where I do feel calm and loving - and others react towards me in the same manner. It might not happen as often as I'd like, but it's still deep and inspiring... I should remember those moments more often.
I had a dream last night that fits this thread.
I dreamt that I could fly, and I spent the whole dream trying to prove to everyone I could fly, but the two friends I was with didn't believe me, and I couldnt get a foot or two off the ground without tumbling down. It felt like hours I was trying to prove it to them but the less they believed me the harder it became. I went to some pier, and my Pisces friend was tehre. We just talked, I left and next thing I know I'm flying over the water, and she's waving at me like it's no big deal.
I love that Pisces believe. I need a dose of their sincere belief every once in a while.
These beautiful Pisces people on the boards, of course:)
My best friend and her husband (they both have Pisces Moons). I can say what I feel and there is no "correction" of my feelings. They accept my feelings are my feelings and not something I need to do a rough draft on before expressing them "perfectly."
In short: they embolden me.
Venus/Jupiter in Pisces can be beautiful. I have Mars in Pisces, aspecting several parts of my chart, and I'm usually pretty tolerant. A few years ago, my mother said she sort of liked it when someone really ticked me off, because she didn't think I stood up for myself nearly enough (maybe Neptune in the 2nd, trine Jupiter and MC).
My sister has a Pisces Moon and ascendant, and is extremely generous and helpful.
My Pisces aunt is the one I feel most comfortable around. She's the most laid-back out of my mother's siblings.
@ Salali - My maternal grandmother had Venus in Pisces and Mars trine Neptune - we always got along swimmingly (Har... Fish pun). She was musical and a great story-teller, with a lovely, soft "sparkle" about her. Unforgettable.
Although I don't remember her birth data, my 8th grade science teacher was a Pisces. Not only was she an excellent teacher- she genuninely cared about her students and never gave up on them. I really appreciate all that she did for me. ![]()
Also I too, have Sag Neptune square Pisces Moon. It's a bother. So I sing my favorite songs.. Like this one, to make me love all my squares!!
@Kashmiri- that's lovely about your friend.
I have a friend that is like that, never asks me to justify my feelings or shames me when I'm feeling like an asshole even if they don't agree with me. It is an absolute blessing to have such a person in your life.
Alicia, I know what you mean. I've only just started to gain a friend who has a Pisces Stellium and they have Pisces Mars. Its an interesting thing to have. It's like being aggressively being Neptoon'd! I love it!
