Today in Western Washington along the central stretch of the I-5 corridor, I was in traffic for six hours because of the following:

At least two children and a pregnant mother were thrown from an SUV after a rollovercollision on Interstate 5 near DuPont this afternoon.

The Washington State Patrol says three adults and six children were in the 2004 Ford Expedition heading south on I-5 at Mounts Road when it was sideswiped by a 1998 Honda Civic.

Troopers say nobody in the Expedition was wearing restraint or a seatbelt.

The Expedition was forced into the concrete median. It rolled over anddown a small embankment into oncoming traffic.

A man and two pregnant mothers were in the Expedition were with the children, ages 3 to 16.

This is just harrowing, and imagine the repercussions throughout the family, and the guilt of not protecting their children with restraints... But of course, another driver is at fault here, so what is to be learned, I am only capable of speculating.

What a strong Pluto in Capricorn theme, and it ties together with what Elsa has been talking about with the breakdown of parenting, or the revealing of weak parenting.

What do you guys think about the astrology of this incident? What do you think about the other driver (being held in prison at the moment...)? Thoughts, reactions?

I don't have much to add in terms of Pluto in Capricorn, but I have noticed something - the 'other driver' is never hurt in my limited experience.  I know a number people hit by drunk drivers, a few of them fatalities and a few serious injuries.  But the fatalities and injuries always affected the ones being hit, the drunk driver miraculously escaping with barely any injury at all.  I don't know why, but this is always the case when I hear about these situations, and I've never been able to make peace with it.

dolce- the drunk drivers seldom "brace" for impending impact as they don't notice and/or have slowed reaction times is one of the reasons you see this. their physically relaxed state usually makes for lesser injuries.
