I've seen a huge (HUGE!) uptick in Mars/Pluto and Venus/Pluto themes in my dreams since the square has really started to tighten in on me (exact on natal Mars, one degree from Venus).  Nothing I really want to / can describe without venturing into TMI-land, but it's been... interesting... to say the least.  *smiles*

I'm curious, though.  Since the vast majority of people alive now have the Neptune-Pluto sextile, I wonder if it's common for Pluto themes and transits to bleed over into our dreams?  What do you think?

If transits affect our waking lives, it would stand to reason that they affect our sleeping lives.  I have a trine from pluto to my moon,  therefore neptune sextiles them both. So I have a mini trine, D speak, I often dream that I am falling to my death.  In my dreams I haven fallen to my death from cliffs, and open draw bridges. 

That is a really good question, and I wish I were astrologically equipped enough to answer. I do know that transiting pluto on my natal neptune and DSC has made a former (recent) lover enter my dreams...... and I NEVER remember dreams.

The other night I had a dream that I was working in a brightly lit strip mall, at night. Then I came to that mall another night (same dream) and the strip mall had mostly shut down. My job was gone. Right across the street I could see the competition--and their buildings were bigger and brighter.

How Plutonian is that?! 8-|

Also, to be taken into account is that Neptune is in Cap i.e. waking reality maybe?

Also, the answer to anything having to do with Neptune is, "who the hell knows."

I do have Pluto sextile Neptune, ironically lol. But really, I tend to have very matter of fact dreams - like it doesn't take alot to decipher what is going on in them. I don't typically need heavy duty dream analysis because the dreams are just so bleeding obvious! Could be the Virgo-Scorpio connection - wonder if it's different if it's Libra-Sag?

so anyways, i do agree with daisy's reasoning about how it must affect sleeping as well as waking. But yea, no idea what kind of dreams are Pluto dreams. 

Dreams are often constructed or made up by combining different components of what happens to us or what we have been thinking about or imagining during the day. And dreams can release energy from the subconscious mind at night, especially if we are stressed during the day. So it stands to reason that whatever we are experiencing or going through or thinking about in line with our daytime transits has an 'echo' that carries on into and is released during the night.

@mahchi, Not really transformations, no.  :)  I have a Mars-Venus-Pluto conjunction natally and with Pluto squaring that beast, my dreams are much more literally interpreted: war, sex, fire, blood, power plays, etc.  It's been a nightly ride for the past few months.  *laughs*

Oh, and corpses and zombies -- both the literal kind and the "former (whatever)" kind.  :)
