What do you make of this guy? He's the current chief of staff to the President.  He made his name by raising lots of money from big money donors, and a personal fortune from several bank mergers and is famous for his foul-mouthed intensity. He used to be a ballet dancer in his youth. He sliced his middle finger right before Prom Weekend, neglected to get stitches, and ended up in the hospital with gangrene for six weeks, and lost part of that finger.

not sure...but my ex was born around the same time and has a similar pile-up in Scorpio/Sag...and ALSO had gangrene at one point in his life! He almost lost his leg,but luckily did not. Weird coincidence.

Gangrene seems very Plutonian to me.

It's all speculation anyways (1440 different possibilities!) but having Pluto on the ascendant would give a scorpionic affect as well.
