Astrodienst has a relocation chart as an option on their extended chart selection. You do have to change the reference place to the place you are thinking of relocating to. For the most part, relocating doesn't affect one's chart unless you are going a loooong ways from your birthplace, especially changes in latitude, i.e., London to Hawaii.

Go to www.astro.com. They have free charts and one of them is an interactive relocation chart using your birth info. It's free. But you have to sign in and start an account under My Astro. I go there for any astro info I need. LOVE IT!
