Does anyone have advice on how to deal with this transit? It's beating me up. I have been attracting aggression from people and it's very bizarre. I feel like I am frustration's punching bag. Sigh. Pluto has a part in all of this as well. My relationship is deteriorating and I have not been able to talk to my best friend or visit her since her live in boyfriend verbally attacked me the other day and scared the shit out of me. Man oh man.

roxannaduel I'm sorry but I can't see your chart, the site graphics are in the way. Anybody have any suggestions?

Right click on the chart, click properties, copy paste location into a new window or tab. Voila.

I find it deeply hilarious that we have yet to address roxannaduel's concern over frustrations arising from opposition to her sixth house sun and instead are dallying over small technicalities.  Anybody else find that funny?

    thanks mehitabel

I do find it funny. I opened the chart but right away thought: I'm hungry.

    I'll be back!

(I'm thinking Pluto on the IC, forming a T-square with the ASC/DES axis. The world wants to know what you're made of).

Hey guys! Sorry the chart is covered up by the graphics. I wish I knew how to fix that.

Thanks for helping out. I also find this all humorous. So telling.

Today has been a bit better.

I finally decided that I am going to go to grad school today. That's a start.

    Man.

Finally got the Saturn opposition energy. My graduation date was pushed back another semester. My advisor was laughing at my situation. I couldn't believe it.

I have a 900 dollar bill that I have to pay to the university in a month or else I can't sign up for classes. I am not sure how that's going to work.

I have an aunt in the hospital. She has lupus and is now internally bleeding. They are saying it isn't looking good.

Sigh. After such a long stream of transits I am wondering if it's normal for someone to have so many setbacks such as myself. You know that something is up when your academic adviser just laughs at you when you inform her of how life has been for so long. She didn't do it to be mean, but rather to turn something uncomfortable into a comedic situation.

Today I'm not feeling too comedic, though.

Sorry there is nothing positive here. I just need to vent.

No one seems to have said anything here. Interesting. Well I just started Saturn square Sun and I am running into some discipline issues but mostly internally.

I take it by the opposition you will be running into these issues of authority, fear, time, institutions, and serious-mindedness from the outside. Some legitimately from the outside, and some you have projected by missing the fault of your own. You're going to come up against a lot of dissapointments quite possibly, and what matters is how you take it in stride. Just keep plugging it in, however long, however hard, persistence is key. You might become depressed. Just keep pushing. You're ability to deal with various responsibility and failure will be tested. Come here for support, it's not going to be easy but you will come out stronger than you went in.

Hey Rox, I've had Saturn opp my Venus/Sun/Mars all in succession for the last...um...what feels like forever. Thankfully, my relationship and ego are still intact. Though, I never ended up going to grad school myself, but c'est la vie to that. :)

Elsa actually had to point it out to me (my heavy Saturn transit), and her explanation was beautiful, it went something like this, "Think of a Saturn transit as a season, maybe you love summer and then winter comes along and you're stuck in doors. Instead of moping around because you can't be outside barefoot, look for things you can do during winter instead."

I'm paraphrasing here, but I think you get the picture. Saturn teaches us things, whether it's through challenging or not so challenging transits.

PS since Saturn is also going to be transitioning from your 12th to 1st house, you might want to see what others might have to say about that...I believe Elsa has written about that one lately too...

I am going to have to edit this because what I said made no sense!

I am just becoming confused with astrology. It keeps saying I will come out stronger and better than before, but that hasn't happened yet. I just keep getting buried deeper. I am wondering if maybe I belong there? It's a bit unreal.

Astrology confuses me sometimes. I wonder if maybe it's more complicated or I am just too young and don't know enough yet.

You sound very frustrated and a bit "stuck" rox.. sorry you feel like that..Your Saturn transit is opposing a very exuberant, freedom loving Sun/Jupiter conjunction in Aries as well as crossing your ascendant and being stirred by that square from Pluto.

This is very much about seeing more than the "me" and being stirred to think of the "other" too...not easy for a fiery self centred Aries.. and trust me that is not a criticism.. for one must first centre on self before focussing too much on others..

Saturn is really a hard taskmaster.. what he's doing is placing a harness of expected maturity around you.. and he brings relating lessons, demands you work hard to be the best you can be, prove yourself worthy of the achievements you want to make at this time, show you're serious, committed despite the setbacks.. Saturn is like the stern teacher ( literally in your case it seems)  holding you back till you've proved you can stay the course, do the time.. this after all is the planetary Timelord..

If you really want something, you'll work your socks off for it despite the obstacles, the trials and tribulations,.and what's more, you'll be incredibly strong and proud of yourself for what you do achieve at this time.

Saturn is also known as the reaper, and this phase can strip away the more superficial aspects of your life..he may indeed terminate or put a hold on some relationships, yet if they are solid, they'll maybe take a few knocks, but sustain.

You are impatient, young Aries..that is clear.. asking for advice then feeling a bit despondent when you reach the "hurdle" of not fully being able to understand what's been said in response to your request so far..  I understand absolutely how it feels to be daunted by one's early forays into astrology..

I do hope, though, that through this phase, you will find the support you seek, but remember to keep that balanced with what you give back = Saturn through Libra

Warmest wishes from one who genuinely sympathises with that turmoil!

ps It is just wonderfully Arien that you're expecting to come out of this Saturn stuff, sorted fast, immediately.. Saturn's around for quite a while Rox, and his theme is "if it's worth having..it's worth waiting for, working for"..he doesn't do quick fixes, but he is also associated with alchemy = turning base metal into gold.

    Thanks, Lindiloo

You're right, my sun/jupiter conjunct in aries is not very happy right now. I need to start using that energy and looking positively at my situations. That same conjunction did not like Pluto either. One day I will be able to shine, as for now.. eh.. I guess it's not my time. Thanks again for listening/reading.
