Saturn placement and personal prejudice

Is Saturn related to personal prejudices?

The reason that I ask is I noticed this weekend that I am prejudice against people like Jerry Falwell. It wasn't that I just didn't like Falwell, I was prejudiced against him. He could do no right in my eyes, and there are others as well, but he was just an easy pick for the question.

I have Saturn in Pisces in the 10th house.

Does your Saturn placement correspond with a personal prejudice? Or am I making an incorrect correlation?

Hey that's not prejudice, that's being sane.

But seriously...I didn't know he was still around...

I don't "like" fundamentalists of any stripe, be they left or right or white or black or green or blue or ALIENS!

My Saturn is in the 9th, in Taurus, and I do have some strong opinions...

I'm worried about my own prejudices, Tam I could see feeling bad about Falwell prejudice. And that's a form of prejudice in itself, trying not to have prejudices. Like I think I'm better than other people because of that. ;)

Other than that, I have trouble coping with aggressive people.

    Saturn in Libra 12th house.

And a related question, how do you deal with people when your existance and views seem like an insult to them. How do you deal with them without becoming prejudiced against people who hold similar but more moderate views?

Saturn in Pisces also, but in the 6th house of work. I have an intense dislike of people who suck up and/or try to make themselves look good at the expense of others.

Is that a prejudice? I definitely feel strongly about it. I don't know.

I remember reading an article that discussed Pluto in Sagittarius and its effect on the collective at the time. The writer suggested that the darker side of this placement was intense xenophobia, and extreme cultural and ethnic prejudice. Looking at what was going on in the world then I think there was something to that interpretation. So Pluto could be involved in this sort of thing as well. In fact, we've probably all had experiences of meeting someone for the first time and intensely disliking them for a reason that we can't comprehend - we don't even know them and we just have this reaction. It's probably a combination of a lot of things. But it wouldn't surprise me to learn that there is some aspect involving Pluto that causes it.

This is an intriguing topic and I'm interested in seeing other people's responses.

Saturn in Capricorn in the third.   The biggest thing I cannot tolerate is other people trying to tell the rest of us how we all should think, or what we should believe in.  I don't want anyone limiting my thoughts, or my kid's thoughts.........  I don't know if I am "prejudiced" against groups of people who do this, but I sure as hell don't want them in my life.  Or in my government.

My prejudice?  Stupidly self-interested types, or people who "got theirs", and that's the end of it.  Saturn in Libra.

People who have no common sense (that's about 50% of the population)! People who think they're better than other people when they really aren't.

Saturn in Capricorn in the 10th house.

People who get what they want and not have to work so hard in their lives. Or at least from the outside.

    Saturn in Virgo.

Saturn in Sagittarius in the 3rd, conjunct uranus and moon.

I try to keep prejudices controlled but I am not perfect.

Religious extremism, racism, controllers, liars, bad rhetoric, and well... I could make a list. I really try hard to curb my prejudices, though, and thanks to tons of anthropology classes and knowledge I know that there is more behind the picture than meets the eye. But still, there are some things I just cannot surround myself with. I'm just not perfect!

Speaking of prejudices, I have something to share.

I started watching America's Next Top Model because I found it intriguing how they were looking for petite models (under 5'7). I used to have a prejudice against fashion models (even though I LOVE fashion) because I felt like all they do is sit/stand and look pretty and never had to work a day in their life. After watching the show, I never realized the similarity of what they did to actors. I have (informal) training as an actor, and I learned to reach the depths of my being to channel a particular emotion in the role I play. I had no idea models had to do this as well.

One petite model, for instance, came out of an abusive relationship. She was abrasive towards the other models because she had a hard/protective shell (perhaps a cancer?). When the photographers and art directors told her that she was too harsh and needed to show vulnerability in her shoots, I was amazed.

I saw models in a much different light since then. I saw them as creatives - like myself - because we all had to channel something within us and bring it forward in our work.

So that's how Ms. Saturn in Virgo got rid of her model prejudice :)

I have Saturn in the 1st (actually it's in the 12th but most reports say it's classed as 1st), I think that placement relates to my previous jobs in elderly peoples homes.

My main prejudice is against men generally (not unreasonable mysogyny but a mistrust, an intolerance of their immaturity & unruly ways which can are evident in every love advice column or problem page) the Moon in my chart is the most elevated, and it rules women and opinions, in Virgo of criticism.

I have prejudices, sun conjunct saturn.

By travelling I broke many of them and buildt new ones

I realized prejudice is usefull because you save time by not getting involved in something you are not interested to

but I also like to drop them when they are no use

I dislike leaders in general and think they are all powermongers who just want to put everyone else under their boots. Saturn in Leo in 10th.
