Saturn is exactly square my moon right now I think it was exact around 4pm), quincunx my sun as well, actually, but I forget about that part. right now I feel so fucking lousy, I can't tell ya. it's that kind of feeling rotten that is so bad it's almost something you can appreciate for being so utterly complete. nothing's really horrible. it's not. mostly first world problems and whatnot. Deaths, yes, but deaths that were not surprises. Nothing's a surprise. I honestly think part of why I feel so bad is just the pure feeling, the pure Saturn to the Moon energy. this transit will move on and life will go on being like life is, up and down, but I think things will start to feel better soon... and that feels okay to think that.

anyway, it made me feel better to write this.

I feel ya, satori.  I get my hit on Oct. 7th.  Not really looking forward.

It's not for ever.  I have Saturn conj. Moon natal, so...

Just a celestial slap in the face is all.

I was thinking about you earlier. Heart

When Saturn squared my Moon/Venus/Nodes last (and also opposed my Mars), I had already been having problems with my energy, and then my insecurities flared as I tried to get to know people. The past couple of days, I've been an anxious mess, and don't know what to put it down to, but that's for a different thread.

is anything hitting the degree of your moon? that would be something to take a quick look at... even if it's not a hard aspect.

Sarcasm for Moon Capricorn to Moon Capricorn is not being sarcastic, satori.

    It's call "dry humor".   LOL

Maybe you've hit bottom & are on your way up Satori! One good thing about Moon transits is at least they pass relatively quickly, bloody things that they can be!

    Heart

Edit: at least you aren't an idiot like me... THAT should cheer you up no end! I thought you meant the Moon was transiting Saturn... sorry!!! embarrassed

It was when I had the above aspect going on, that I curled up and watched the first two seasons of Big Love on DVD - four years ago, this week, I think (late August, early September). My insecurities had me all depressed, and then my dog had her first bout of glaucoma, and I caught a bad cold. I was getting to know someone specific at the time, and he became a disappointment eventually (to say the least). It's weird: I was both happier that year, and more depressed at times - but I came off as more emotionally stable, because I was making an effort socially (somewhat), and keeping things to myself. I had Jupiter in the 2nd, so I think that helped. That, and flower essences.

Saturn squares the Moon in my natal chart so I get it, and actually live it.

When Saturn was at 8 Libra he squared my Cappy moon, and was part of all the cardinal crush crap.  It is sooooooooo good to have a place like this where you can actually be allowed to feel without restriction like out in the real world when your going through this.

    We love you Satori

I'm sorry Satori. Hang in there. This, too, shall pass. Saturn is finally moving off of mine - about four degrees past now. I could actually feel him moving away. Natally, he trines my moon. Chad and JulianWinter - sorry to hear you have to live with the square in your natal chart. That sucks.

I get it Sept 17 but I have it in my natal chart too so I am not really sure what to expect....

But on the bright side I have also gotten smart enough not to say "how much worse can it get?" after the past few years lol.

    What Moon in Cancer do?

Just thinking of water surfaces how changable it can be.

Deep down under- water is calm, solid, strong.

I have that square natally, so I should know how you feel. You have my sympathy. Since this is only a transit, doing something really Saturnian might help you feel better. For a while at least. Soon it'll be over.

The amusing thing about my T-Saturn to Moon squares is that they take place when Saturn conjuncts my MC and of course half a cycle later there's a conjunction of IC, T-Saturn and Saturn. That sounds like fun, doesn't it? After the square at my MC breaks up, Saturn conjuncts my Mars/Pluto/Uranus and participates in my Grand Crosses. Oh, what a picnic. On ly when Saturn is in Libra do I get some peace, since I have nothing there. Soon, Saturn will move to Scorpio, hitting my AC, then Neptune and finally, my Moon, while squaring Saturn. I'm sure my sense of humor will be tested.  Right after this begins another transit of My Grand Crosses, when Saturn hits Venus, PF and Mercury. Oh, the horror! I'm sure Saturn will find some place interesting to wipe with my PF.
