seethesea - you have the key right there. Capricorn / Saturn pays it's dues but there comes a point where they are PAID UP.
recognizing this... that the Saturnian has paid their dues / earned their place or their status or their freedom or whatever is freakishly necessary and something the Cap personality has to do (another job) less they never realize they are in fact on top the mountain where the air is very sweet.LOL!! It is very true that the air is very sweet in this current place in my life. But I still get the feeling I should be working. I look around and everything is so beautiful. The world I created is lovely yes, but maybe I should be pruning the garden or something? I'll ask around to see if someone needs their house cleaned, or their cars washed???
It's a beautiful day here in New England! The birds need food though. I'll go do that now. :-)

I have a lot of difficulty with the aspects and learning about them doesn't come easy to me. I've read many books about Saturn, one of them being, "A new Look at an Old Devil." I interpret Saturn in a less technical way than most, I suppose. I see Saturn like a father. When I'm feeling angry about the aspects Saturn makes in my chart, I have to remember that Saturn is like an instructor. Like a tough teacher that I hate, but later appreciate. I know the lesson is the gift. Though I'm not always glad for Saturn. I've been pushed off a lot of diving boards before I learned to swim and it made me angry... The energy my anger generated got me to shore. When I saw Saturn again walk in the door of this continuous classroom of life, I braced myself. During this second Saturn return, I was wide awake and got on the Saturn bus fully aware that that bus was on its way to the lake again. I'm nervous, but I do know I learned how to swim last round, so Saturn can sit in the bleachers and smile like a proud dad when I do my dive. The reading Elsa did helped convince me that I can indeed swim well. She helped convince me that I had a lot of practise and earned my blue ribbon.
Thanks Elsa!
