I think if Neptune falls on your ASC you might express different personality traits.You're like a chameleon, and you pick up all th vibes from your environment.So it's hard for other people to discern what is Neptune at play and what is the real you.You should look this up a little deeper, because I think it's important for a better understanding of yourself as well as how others see you.But I don't think that Neptune on the ASC would make you wrong about him.
