The Flu

Poor you, how rotten. Lots of hot soup, hot lemon and honey, lots of keeping warm and staying in bed. Sleep as much as you can. And don't go back to work too soon or you will have a relapse!
The kids and I have all been hit hard by the flu this past winter. My son just got over a 48 hour bug. It's his third time coming down with it since January. I've had it twice. ENOUGH!
This is the perfect excuse to sleep and not get up off the couch all day. Don't get up unless you have to. Don't get up until you feel better. Drink lots of fluids. Did I mention rest? ![]()

I`m down with the flu , everybody at work has it too , I think the whole east coast has it . awful will be back to the surface soon I hope .
