I really did not anticipate how much work (and how little sleep) goes into taking care of a baby, even though they sleep almost all day. Hope you're all doing great, miss you!!!

welcome to parenthood! :) I agree, when M was first born I was surprised about how much work goes into it (and how much sleep deprivation there is).  Ok, maybe not surprised but when you are not a parent you really have NO IDEA.  Nota's right, it will fly by....

Hope you are taking, if at least a few minutes each day (I know, it's hard) to take care of yourself!! <3

I'm no use when it comes to advice on babies but I can say hang in there and get as much rest as you can, and don't be afraid to ask for help. You don't have to handle everything!

Absolutely precious! Congratulations. Yes, you will be exhausted, but it is such a magical time those first few months! Have a wonderful Baby Moon.

What a beautiful baby.  Ditto what everyone else said.  Yeah, when he's asleep and you're not, you have to get stuff done around the house, prepare for feedings, do laundry, etc.  And then you get to stay up all night.    It's a high, though, right?  I thought it was like falling in love...  So happy for you and your healthy, happy baby!  He's got a good mama, too.  Lucky lil' guy!

Awwwwwwwwwwwww!!!!! Cutie cutie cutie :) Thank you for posting a pic! I was curious about you after your "going into delivery" post :) I figured you hadn't slept or been alone for days/weeks lol 

It is a lot of work at this point for some reason, but I can tell you for sure: it actually (in my opinion) gets a lot better :) itty bitties are soooo precious, and I love parts of that stage. But the intensive care/energy exertion part gets easier with time :) This is only the beginning of cooler and cooler stuff :)
