I was  caught  off  guard  by  someone  at  work  , stood  my  ground  like  a  good  soldier and  said   to the  unstable  person    who  was  really  ready  to  attack  , Cool it!   you  think  too  much  .  THAT  WAS IT   ~     turned  my  back   and  left  the  situation  .

I love Clint Eastwood and those spur of the moment Clint eastwood opps! I am often in the position to counsel employees on their behavior (good and bad) and I gotta tell ya people are just irate these days. What used to be considered small/everyday albiet insignificant issues are becoming these life altering situations that people cannot deal with rationally. I am the office Clint Eastwood!!!
