The Book: On the Taboo Against Knowing Who You Are, a cool book that miraculously exists for free on the internet in PDF format!

–As does The Bible... which oddly enough, as the most circulated text ever, feels so taboo amongst certain exclusive circles. (Some people refuse to listen to/talk about anything related to *God*... and then I have to hear them bitch and moan about *Love* and I'm like oh jeez...more artists)

<span style="text-decoration: underline;">Other things with stigmas attached:

HIV/AIDS

Incest

Retardation

Rats/mice (void of animal rights because classified as "vermin," while sometimes I wish I could call the exterminator on some dirty ass humans) and then spiders, cockroaches, insects in general? But they are all so unique! Centipedes, millipedes... ticks, DEER! (population control debate around my neck of the woods with Lyme disease and people's hostas and stuff)

Extreme wealth/extreme poverty

Divorce.....

Polyamory (totally taboo)

Cysts

Hairdos (dreadlocks, girls with short hair, boys with braids, fake blonde, purple mohawks, the list goes on...)

Cosmetic surgery

Fashion...Stereotyping...Racial profiling, age profiling, UNIFORMS!

Improper grammar and typographical errors (AriesElsa is King of publishing unedited posts full of typos on her blog, yet we resist fussing because we make sense of it Pisces)

Dying young

Alzheimer's (I still don't know what to think about this disease)

Test tube babies

I don't know where this list is going

taboos as of late...recycling...once i found out my city was packing everything off to china to be recycled i had a big old cynical moment--what if my recycled bottle just sits in a big pile in china? how is this different than sitting in a landfill near my house? who decided this was sustainable?

tell you what--makes me want to throw everything in the trash--why should china take our waste? what happens when they decide they don't want to recycle the west's waste anymore?

???
