uranus conjunct mars in the 5th and relationships

hi nasa maybe someone could help your question if you post your chart so they could see. most people use astro.com to generate their chart & then post the image here

Wizron said it great.. I'd also say stop worrying/wondering about what may or may not happen and simply ground with what is actually happening. Sometimes these transits are fairly local in scope. Like you choose to spontaneously go on a bike trip (uranus/mars). :P
nasa,
NO, you do not have to worry about this. First of all, Uranus brings unexpected things - but YOU get to decide what to do about it. Also, in every single case where I can think of Uranus coinciding with a breakup or an affair (the ones I'm thinking of all occurred when transiting Uranus was opposing natal Uranus, and/or involved the seventh house) - in every single one of those cases - the person who had the affair and broke up with the person wanted something like that BEFORE they found the affair. They were miserable with their partner, they weren't happy with the relationship for years and years. And then suddenly, they got an affair to help them out of it.
You say you really really don't want that. So you won't get it! Truly, it's a non-issue. You don't ever have to go against your values or your loves. You may experience this transit in some other realm entirely. When I had my Uranus return, it was opposing Saturn (like it will again soon). I'm in a devoted relationship, so, of course, no hint or threat of an affair or chaos anywhere. Instead, the transit resulted in a very surprising (Uranus) delay (Saturn) in my career/work (4th/10th house). Maybe you'll experience this transit in the realm of creative output, or something else. Maybe you'll just be inspired. Or, you may not even be that responsive to what Uranus is doing, anyway. Then this could be a lot of worry over nothing. (How about using the Uranian energy to free yourself up from that, eh. Maybe you'll be liberated from fear of unknown chaos... or even, suddenly stop worrying about what others say, and learn to recognize misleading 'predictions' from others, why not?
) Let us know how it goes!
thank you so for this insight, sea. very comforting. i think the good thing is that uranus will sextile my jupiter, which is in the 7th house. with this transit already sort of going on (according to astro.com, uranus is already conjunct my mars) i am not craving new relationships. i am, however, becoming more sexual (5th house mars square saturn) which is sort of worrysome, since uranus is instability. also, he is a capricorn rising, so he is very "saturn".
i've been told though that this transit will be good for my creativity, and a lot of astrologers have told me that art is going to be a major theme in my life. the 5th house is also creativity.
i'm crossing my fingers and hoping that the only way this will manifest is having more creative freedom, and me wanting to be more self willed towards creativity.
nasa, haha--have no fear... ![]()
Some of us (particularly ME!) don't know as much as we'd like to...I'm still figuring this stuff out, or I might have tried to assist. But I'm still very much in the clouds about a lot of astrology aspects. Still doing my slowly but surely research, I'm sure someone might see this thread and offer something...
Besides, to be a threadkiller around here--you've got some stiff competition! Nyuk-nyuk! ![]()
Hi there nasa - didn't scare us off, just sometimes we get busy ruminating or don't know an answer. It's cool - we don't really scare off so easily.
I can't really add anything to the above, but I just wanted to assure you that we're still here. And honestly - Saturn Uranus is tricky. My thought on Saturn has always been slow steady work around whatever the issue is, and Uranus is ... well, it's quirky and unexpected. Hard to be slow and steady with the unexpected sometimes. But hang in there. And if you want to look at Saturn-Uranus stuff that's already here: http://www.elsaelsa.com/archives/tag/saturn-uranus/
The downside of Saturn opposite Mercury in your natal chart is that you experience mental fears often. Transiting Uranus is aspecting this natal configuration, and 'rattling your cage' in order to help you move beyond it. Transiting Uranus also represents this astrology group you are connecting to, and the helpful advice you are being given from many people (humanity - listen to the helpful advice of your friends as well). Use the evolved side of Saturn-Mercury in your natal chart by organising and structuring your thoughts in positive ways that represent a positive outcome. You have Moon in Taurus, and this is a great position for the moon, because it means you can centre and ground yourself emotionally, and calm your mental fears (and even be a rock of emotional calmness for others). You also have Jupiter in Taurus - more grounding and stability, so use these gifts you were generously given at birth to create a wonderful outcome, rather than putting out constant fear thoughts and eventually attracting what you fear. Sun in Cancer opposite Neptune shows that your imagination can get away on you. Use this as a gift by imagining what you would love to have happen every day as a habit. Cancerians are dwellers (physically and literally, and in their minds), so build some helpful dwelling habits. Use the powerful placement of your Sun trine Pluto in Scorpio to manifest what you deeply desire.
I didn't read the other replies cos I didn't want to be influenced, but my take on this is that uranus is goosing your natal saturn fears as well as your mars.
with uranus on your natal mars in the fifth I'd be more watchful for a surprise pregnancy! putting this thought in your mind might qualify as an ounce of prevention, if that's not something you'd welcome.
Haha, satori--for future reference, I'll give you a hint about what my replies usually are to technical-sounding astrology questions... "
" Nyuk-nyuk--that about sums me up!
UPDATE TIME!
well, uranus has been on my mars for a couple of weeks now, and nothing too disasterous has happened at all so far. in fact, i haven't felt that surge of physical energy that is supposed to happen with this transit. at all. i have wanted to do new things, and am more open to doing them now, but no crazy energy really. i have experienced a lot of restlessness, but it's mostly mental, and has to do with career related stuff, goals, and dreams. i've been experiencing stronger feelings of doubt and restlessness towards the relationship, but none of it is leading me towards wanting an affair. as it is in the 5th house, i feel more of a sexual drive, but i decided i'm going to channel it into creativity (art... my art is getting BETTER and BETTER thanks to this transit) and stay away from people for a while, atleast as much as i can.
i'm not too sure about saturn going back to virgo, but i'm hoping that it will even things out with my relationship and possibly make it more stable

hi all, i'm sort of new here. i hope you don't mind me asking something that has been pounding at me lately. i don't want to come off as crazy but i am feeling completely anxious right now!
uranus has been close to my mars for a couple of years now, and in my 5th house whole sign, in pisces. i don't know how i feel about whole signs really so i'm also sort of confused about whether it's doing its thing in my 4th or 5th, because current situations could apply to both.
in september, around the time that saturn was opposing my mars, saturn was in my 10th/11th whole sign also trine my taurus jupiter, and square my natal saturn/uranus conjunction in the 2nd house, i started to see someone who i am now in a relationship with, as well as started something new that was career-related.
through out the relationship though, uranus and saturn have been pestering me on and off. i had saturn square chiron, quincunx moon, and pluto was trining my moon, and saturn was squaring it!
i've grown to really love this guy, and i genuinely care about him, but uranus is only 1 degree away from being conjunct my mars.... and since it's in the 5th, i was told that it could possibly create chaos and possibly some doom and gloom and disruptions. i was told by one person that it could suddenly bring someone else who i'd get sexually involved with... and i'm thinking WHAT??? i've NEVER been like that... the type who "sleeps around". in fact quite the opposite. but then i think, it's URANUS. and uranus is unpredictable, and sudden change... and he'll also be squaring my saturn, which in my chart, is very strong.
i REALLY REALLY don't want this to happen. i love this guy and it would freaking KILL me if i ever EVER did something like that to him. but is uranus going to create the amount of chaos that allows things like this to happen? especially since he's squaring that strong saturn of mine.
i guess the question is, do i really have to worry about this happening, or is it going to effect other things in my life and perhaps make me a little more self oriented for a bit? neptune IS trining my saturn, but squaring my 7th house jupiter as well as this transit, so it's a little hard to see exactly what is going on... and clarity? forget about it!
i'm really sorry to ramble like this! i will try to contribute to this board as much as i can. i'm probably reacting in a bit of a uranian manner. if needed, my birth data is 7/7/88, framingham MA, 3:55 PM. and his is 2/7/1983, boston MA, 4:37 AM.
thank you so much and again i'm so sorry for rambling! i just need to stop worrying
