After looking at the stuff Megan Fox and Robert Pattinson have said in interviews (they are quite honest and blunt about everything!), I'm starting to wonder. Neither of them have major Sadge emphasis as far as I know (he doesn't, she has outer planets there), and of course I don't know the rising signs, but they both have that in Gemini.

Anyone else have any thoughts on this? Know any other Venus in Geminis that are this blunt? (Does the soldier count? I don't know if he talks like that to everyone he knows...)

I have Venus in Gemini, and I am usually blunt, but Mars in Libra keeps me real polite about it.

The soldier DOES NOT talk to people the way he talks to me - he does not talk to people at all for the most part.

 The people he is closest too talk to him for 10-15 min a month if they're lucky. More like 5 times a year.

The bluntness comes from Jupiter in Sadge I would say. The hard edge - Mars/Mercury/Saturn

My ex/current/whatever he is has venus in gemini-- has some nice aspects (to mars and jupiter) but also opposes saturn.

The way I see it: he likes chatty women, likes to be entertained, esp with words. And he's a writer. Also prefers two (or more) love interests. Not necessarily sex, but LOVE.

He isn't so chatty himself though. Probably the saturn opp figures in there

I have Venus in Gemini/9th opposite Mars in Sagittarius/3rd. I'm not tactless, and I would hate to hurt anyone's feelings (Cancer Sun/Virg asc) but I generally tell people what I think, bluntly and cheerfully. I just don't have the patience to play games. The older I get the less inclined I am to sugarcoat things.

 I *loooooove* to have a good conversation. Love. It. A great one is like a voyage of discovery -- exciting! If someone can keep it going with me mentally, I will love them and hug them and squeeze them and call them George. You'll be going home with me tucked away in my purse, thank you very much.

And for the record, I don't lie a whole lot -- I think -- because I'm too lazy to keep track of them, but when I do... at least I will try to entertain you as I pull the wool over your eyes.

Nah, I have Mercury in Cancer, loosely conjunct my Sun. Thank heavens, I can be an unmitigated motormouth as it is. Though I have Neptune's big fanny sitting on my Mars, and that tamps me down some too. 

Mercury conjunct Venus sounds like a good time, though.  Any wordy girl is a friend of mine!

Yeah I don't think Gemini is ever blunt.  We can be careless with words because we're so easily distracted but that's not the same as being blunt. 

Gemini sun, Merc and Jupiter here.  My Scorpio side keeps me direct and to the point but even when I'm brutally honest there is a great deal of thought and intention behind my choice of words.  

I think without knowing ascendant and house placement it's all a guessing game.  

I don't see why venus gemini would be blunt. Just love talking, so maybe more comes out than most.

Actually, looking at Megan Fox and Robert Pattison's charts they both have mercury trine mars - perhaps that's what makes them speak their mind?! And jupiter sextile mercury might also help them talk freely...
