I'm in costume . . er.  Long story, but I dress like a school marm for work. Actually the theme is 'Mormon School Marm' so . . Nothing above the knee, and never any cleavage or bare arms. Sensible shoes are a big part.

Turquoise sweater with 3/4 length sleeves, and round neck that shows just a hint of flirtatious collar bone ;) and black pants, black socks, black shoes (heeled loafers). No make up, no perfume.  Venus in Sag in the 12th, but I'm working the neptune on my asc . . for work. Typically it's t-shirts and either jeans or flouncy skirts that are short enough to make my legs look loooong, and long enough/flouncy enough to make my thighs look less big. I have great legs. Or else some kind of costume so I'll blend.

Blue pedal pushers /running pant (with the contrasting blue stripe down the side), and a navy blue tank top, white anklet socks and white tennyrunners.  No makeup, no perfume, no jewelry, hair in ponytail.  Lean & mean & get 'er done mode.  I'm staging a pre-moving sale and listing some things on Craigslist for sale, so lots of furniture (extra beds, etc.) going outside being reset up and pictures snapped and then replaced into house and set back up AGAIN.  It's hot, I'm sweating, and I want to get it over with early.  Sitting down to check in here on break! 

Premoving sale???  Gads.  Who has this much furniture???  I could furnish 3 houses easy!  What's the skywriting say about people who gather too much furnishing????  Anyway, to bake a cake you gotta break some eggs, so the entire house is torn to shreds in order to get it all done and not only that REARRANGING almost every room in the house!  Somethings gotta go.  "Which piece of the log-jam to remove first to get things moving out of here"??? has been the big question of late.

I'm wearing a long, full, flowy silk skirt to just above the ankles in a gorgeous vivid shade of teal blue, pure silk, and it swirls in the breeze. With a fitted plain black tee with a vee-neck. No necklace or earrings or makeup. A wide silver bracelet made by monks from Tibet from my mom on the left arm, a copper fire-treated (so it has rainbows) bracelet made by native americans from a casino in new england from my dad, and all my fingers 'cept the pinky which I like free have rings. And every other toe. Shoes are teal & copper beaded sandals.

Too funny, Jessica, since I think we share a lot of astrological signs and stuff, don't we?  And turquoise is my favorite color.  But the key word here, I think, is "soft."  All my clothes have to be soft, and preferably faded.

(Scorpio stellium) Black trousers, black moccasins, black 3/4 length sleeve top w/silver studs at turn back cuffs at elbows and with silverstuds around the v-neck & stand up collar (Leo Midheaven).  Black & silver dangle earrings, black & turquoise purse native design (I'm part NDN), jasmine scented perfume.  Not dressy dressy but a little more than casually dressed today for hospital visit to family member.

Its 1.30am in the morning here (australia time) so im in bed wearing a t-shirt and black silk pj pants but tomorrow I probably wear my usual to college which is my short black skirt, black boots, white rock singlet and my black leather jacket(its winter) and silver hoop earrings.

Hot pink Hawaii t-shirt I got back in 1983 - has holes all in it, very comfortable, and sports all kinds of paint splotches on it. 

Lime green shorts, also full of paint 'expressions', ie...slips, misses and otherwise - I tend to pick up my canvases and brace them against my body while painting...these shorts are about 3 sizes too big and they are rolled down at the top and pinned to keep them up!  Sound just gawwwwjiss don't I?

White anklets, my painting tennys.  No jewelry, no makeup, no perfume. 

Bifocals & black sunglasses both atop my head as a headband at the same time!!

Of course, I got up to paint this morning and then that didn't happen, but needed groceries...I MIGHT get to paint this evening, so... what to do?  I certainly am not  going to show up at my small town grocery in this getup...so drive something like 5 miles to go to another grocery store that I'm familiar with and yet won't be seen by anyone I know!  Vanity, Vanity!!  I'd rather dress for painting and then the inspiration not show up than to dress for normal and get the urge to paint RIGHT NOW and mess up yet another set of clothes.
