Mars in Leo is conjunct my natal 8th House Saturn, so all the 8th House stuff is coming up...!...and this is activating natal Uranus, Sun, Mercury, Venus, Mars, Neptune, MC...overwhelmed, oh constantly pretty much

I am not getting enough time alone. I have non-stop human engagement at the moment and no time for otherwise until I leave town in early January. I'm investing money in a sabbatical.

I have a love/hate relationship with Mars. Mars in Leo is squatting on my Moon, trining my Mars, sextile my Venus, squaring my Saturn.

Damn thing is too unpredictable, lots of surprises of the emotional variety. Not the least being that it's bringing all the boys to my yard. Mind-boggling!

Mars is finally seperating from opposing my moon in the past few days.  Yay!  The pissiness level is burbling back to normal!!  *happydance*  Don't know if it's because Mars is in fire or Aquarian Fog Machine opposing sun or Uranus hovering on my MC, but I'm all rarin' to go.  Doesn't matter where.  GO.  *nodnodnod*  Zoom!

It is hitting my sun, venus, uranus, mid-heaven, and squaring, opposing, and all kinds of other crap!  It is intense - people at my job are leaving me holding the ball alot lately, and I am only a part-timer there, and the people crapping out are the ones who are supposed to be in control.  

On the other hand, my hair looks divine......I kind of look like I have an actual lion's mane now, as I stated on the discussion on the signs and beauty trends.  I love it -

I have Mars in Leo all the time, conjunct in a Leo stellium of Sun, Jupiter, MC and Pluto in my 10th house, and I can tell you it's gotten me into trouble a whole buncha times (hot temper that translates into confrontation of public officials/authority figures).  With the arrival of the Mars in Leo transit, I think I'm seeing the end of my lovely 3-year 'sabbatical,' where I've spent a great deal of time alone, serious downtime to think about a lot of things, one of which has been my propensity to 'go off' on someone in public - it's been going on for 25 years, work-related, when you're an acitivist for change it goes w/the territory basically.  Things don't change until somebody yells, and even then it's pushing a boulder uphill 'coz you have to keep yelling and complaining or nobody moves.

Anyway, I thought I had the whole 'change your approach' thing covered what with all this time to see the error of my mouthy ways, but nope, I attended a meeting the day after Mars went into Leo (sitting on top of my sun!) and you guessed it, lost it on an old bureaucrat who's basically been playing the 'lifer' role and just showing up at his job everyday but not actually DOING it, which has resulted in great detriment to my Tribe, and oh he responded with such viciousness it took my breath away.  Got home, feeling embarassed and mad at myself for lacking the discipline to tear him a new one more politely and for letting him push my buttons, then I remembered the transit and thought, "What the F is your PROBLEM, Mars in Leo, can't you see I'm trying to GROW UP here and STOP losing my temper in public?" 

Now I read that Pluto-1st house Moon people (1st house Scorp Moon squared by 10th house Leo Pluto - oh god can it get any WORSE?) have trouble discerning the difference between being an authority and being authoritarian, and it was a relief to have this pointed out because it was like a lightbulb going on. Not that I wasn't aware of the fact that I had this problem all my life, I am, but now I have a teensy little roadmap OUTTA there I hope - be a calm and unruffled authority when you can, leave the bossy, critical didactic authoritarian by the side of the road and MOVE ON.  Least I think that's what I'm supposed to do.  Any advice on what others do to not lose it would be most appreciated, folks.  

The increased energy levels are much appreciated too. 

my natal mars/mercury conjunction is in Leo, and it has completely been great for me. I wish it would stay there all the time. Yes, I have to watch my mouth but I'll take it over worrying about what I've just said, it is helping me to do more, and live a little bolder. In terms of a solar chart, I'm a cancer, so mars in the 2nd is SO helping my income. I wish I had mars nataly in the second instead of saturn, it is making such a such a difference!

Authority vs. authoritarian, never read this before but I'm glad to read it today. I guess with the 10th House Libra for me the approach has always been 'get to know everybody' even the kamikaze freakazoids. I can think of one thing: get to know the mind of the 'enemy'. Whether it's reading the right-wing/non-activist newspapers and websites, taking that old fart out for coffee, or something else. 

As a 1st/10th Moon/Pluto person I've always felt better suited to be behind the scenes...like the stirrings of an earthquake, miles below the fault line.

oh jeez. i figured this one shouldn't be too hard, but between this and everything else, i'm feeling a lot of pressure personally. not breaking point yet, but i am watching my mouth.

got mars natally in 3rd house scorpio, leo rising. transiting mars is in my 12th currently. so i'm hoping to avoid a meltdown where i blurt out the ugly truth that i wasn't aware of at in inopportune moment or something. i'm not sophisticated enough w/astrology to know if my concerns are misplaced or not...lol.

i do have to agree, though - the hair is great! it does wonders to cheer up leo rising for sure...

i have also noticed my mouth has more of an edge than usual. nine months of this could conceivably create a...challenge, or two for me. snort.

My natal Mars is in Leo in the 2nd. I've been working out a lot, and I found out that my hair looks much better when I wash it the night before instead of in the morning :)

 Err this mars in leo stuff is interesting. I really don't know how it is affecting me yet. I have encountered some aggressive situations but by the nature of my being I am always encountering aggressive situations. I feel determined but I believe I owe this to saturn.

mars is transiting my 7th house of relationships ( cue several "Oooooohs!")

i am kind of sort of seeing someone 2 years older than me but i wouldnt say were in a relationship. Just went on a few dates. My mars/moon conjunction in Aries is kicking and screaming... its because I'm so idealistic. Or Maybe It's Not Just Me. Who knows.... ( my venus return just came and went. 25 degrees Libra ) 

Here's the cold, unvarnished truth : I was/slightly still am but weaning myself off smitten over one of my professors... hes 11 years my senior and I go ga-ga over him in lecture, though from a distance, of course. He's a Sun Aries w/ an aries stellium ( Venus, Mercury, Sun, Chiron ) ...( he's quite published/well known for his young age ) and its on my Moon-Mars conjunction so obviously.. its quite energized from my point of view.  But obviously there's that unattainable aspect which drives me nuts.

So where was i. Basically I am saying that I cannot settle for less than soul-mate status, being a Scorpio and all. The intensity has to be there, the all-encompassing, fire-laden, combustive thing that makes us all go wild.

I do embrace my idealism however.. it's just getting difficult to wedge in with reality.

Mars in Leo is going very well for me. Since the very beginning, I've been getting freelance/design jobs left, right and centre. I spent the last three weeks working. 

This Monday, I have an interview for a larger corporation (a freelance position) and will be working onsite for 3 months. And on top of that, I am juggling a lot of other freelance projects.

I guess you can say it's all good :)

YAY Persian_cat! Yes Mars in Leo is awesome! I haven't had anything disappointing happen but I think it's well deserved - I went through long hard years of struggle! Things definitely lightened up since Saturn went to Libra and Mars went to Leo... at least for me.
