I had a chicken sandwich with bbq sauce on wheat bread, corn, broccoli with cheese, water, a piece of dark chocolate with coffee beans shaped like a duck LOL
John and I went out to breakfast and had a southern country breakfast with grilled catfish, eggs, biscuits and gravy, hash brown casserole and grits. This is why I've started walking 4 miles a day. :)
Tonight I'm cooking. Making a big batch of meatballs some of which might end up over homemade noodles with marinara sauce or I might just pull some ravioli out of the freezer. I have korean beef marinating in the fridge for tomorrow. I had gotten really lazy about cooking and I love my own cooking so this switch in motivation to cook is a good thing. The fact that it is thundering and threatening to storm is probably not because I am going to need to burn off some of these tasty tasty calories.
butter chicken with basmati rice and naan from my local Indian and a gatorade slurpee from 7-11. YUM!
Chicken salad with fresh tomatoes cut up on top with a little olive oil, yogurt, fresh cherries....breakfast and lunch are my healthiest meals....
