In concert with throwing out & warding-off the negatives in my life, I'll put this one up to cancel out my "Lllllloser" thread.

I'm turning things around and it's surprising.

I ended January with a 99.75% for the month at work on my quality scores.  Only 1 error each week the last two weeks of the month.  Yesterday, to my utter surprise, my lead asked me to train a new-hire when the employee he'd been sitting with had to go home for the day.  I had an hour left on my shift so I figured why not?  I asked my lead if he wouldn't feel safer seating the new-hire beside someone who's aced their weekly audits with zero errors, but he declined.  He felt I was knowledgable enough to train.  That floored me!  :D

Out with the negative in with the positive.  It's making life sweeter, day by day.

Satori, I was honest with the new-hire yesterday, telling him he'll most likely be making mistakes--but to use me as an example and LEARN from those mistakes, lest he like dangling on a tight-rope!

I've decided I'm going to take my Mega Lottery ticket with me to work--I would have only been able to stare at the actual card I use with my chosen numbers on it, and not the actual ticket those numbers produced--which I usually leave at home.  With the actual winning ticket (perhaps!) I will stare, think my 'JOY' thoughts, and hear the "I've Got A Golden Ticket" song as Jack Albertson sang it in Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory going through my mind tonight!

Congrats nutsy!  I'm sure you will make a great teacher in this role because you've earned your success! 

It can sure be turbulant, though, when you're rocked by negative things.  Maintaining positivity is like trying to hold onto a girl's hips or thighs while giving her oral sex and she's bucking like a bug on a hot-plate.  But, practice makes perfect, right?

I think I'll have a boost here quite quickly regaining that positivity--I've got Jupiter Conjunction Saturn staying with me for a few months, so I'm going to milk that baby.  Tomorrow I'll also see a little Venus Trine Mercury--which will help me ease into a four-day weekend with a smile. 

Wow, I got my year-end review tonight.  It was a hell of a lot better than I was expecting it to be.
