What is your current project?

Taking a breather for the moment, settling into the new space.  Thinking about starting the Artist's Way over the next month: 3 month project for March, April, May, then volunteer training in June. 

Cool beans :) I am currently starting a research project on the relationship between Parkinson's Disease and quality of life for my Human Development course. I just printed off my first round of articles that I will start poring over this weekend. I have to give a 30 minute presentation to the class in April and then also write up a very long lit review for my final paper.

getting my son a new phone (his has been broken for weeks) so I can talk to him.  the logistics of talking to tmobile and messaging him on facebook... oy. 

he can't be arsed to go the the physical store to pick one up and I need to talk to him.  :)

I just now finished learning and creating a landing page for a client/friend of mine on Facebook.

This is a new feature that allows you do develop a specific page for newcomers with an intro and typically an incentive to get people to hit the 'Like' button instead of the default Wall.  This is mostly commercial FB pages of course.  If you want to see how it turned out: www.facebook.com/TappingwithAlina

Training/reviewing basic commands with my dog in preparation for agility class this spring. Re-cataloging a large section of the libraries professional collection (a real mess). Implementing a new student behavior system in conjunction w/classroom teachers. Walking, walking, walking.

Uh......uh...   This is my first day of total doglessness since mid June and I'm feeling very disoriented. I'll dream up a project when I know which way I'm facing!

Focus is school over the next week. I have an examination and a whole lot of catching up to do. Then it's my reading week, so I'd like to get the party out of my system, socialize and spend lots of time at the gym :)

Jana that sounds like a mess. I once took a course on MARC because I wanted to be a librarian (life intervened and I lost my place in the program).

I am working on a new painting with a new palette (for me). Doing some studies before I start on the big canvas I stretched. It stares at me in the studio. I admit it. I'm intmidated by the blankness, LOL.

Still recovering from jet lag (spent the past 25 days overseas) and dealing with my hectic desk at work.  My relaxed mood after vacay is gone and my panic about work is back!

I've picked up some work on the side and am currently negotiating a contract to develop a mobile application for the iPad.

@Kash--thanks for the commiseration... following three previous librarians w/unorthodox systems later and I am stuck w/it.

Thanks! I cried when I lost my place in the program. I wanted to be a librarian so bad!!

I'm trying to talk myself into putting a new floor in my kitchen all by myself. I tend to have trouble getting started with Mars in Taurus in the 12th house.

I work hard once I get started, but I have trouble getting started :/ Why get out of the comfortable recliner and set down my medium roast Costa Rican coffee?! :)
